Safe way customer service is terrible,
Bias to a certain category of customers. A employee named Antoinette refuse to assist me with downloading to use a digital coupon for certain product. Than she stated will manually apply the discount since she was unable to provide guidance on how to use it on the application. She also informed me it was forbidden for her to use her discount for me, which I didn’t ask her to apply to my check out, I just wanted what the store was promoting. The discount she was trying to apply was $3 lesser than the advertisement on the $5 off after spending $25. I informed the market associate Antoinette the discount she was trying to apply wasn’t correct and she scanned her badge in the cash register edit a increase dollar amount, instead of a decreased. After that moment the employee stated you wasn’t going to assist me anymore due to her being frustrated and worked all day and walked away. She still use her discount for another customer besides me on their self check out order, after she wasn’t able to help me.

Why wasn’t I informed that with Antinnetto after spending over 15 mins trying to download the digital coupon off the app. Where if I new this information I couldn’t been left the store and paid my bill. That is deceitful marketing practicing and should be changed or the employees should be better trained on how to relay this information to the customer . The only good thing about this market is the bakery department. I had other issues with self checkout employee in the past as well that I won’t get into. Also, the hot food area like the pizza is nasty, one lady pick up the pizza with gloves on, at the same time touching the Dirty surface and viewing her Mobile device in front of customers. The sushi area and bakery is the best departments to visit there. Safe way has good products. But some employees at this location is terrible and I refused to visit this location only for a very special occasion . 2400 Peoples Plaza
