I made a order on Safeway.com for $322.36. I received a message stating my order was on hold after I processed the order wit my food card. I called Safeway customer service, and was told there was a glitch in the system. I assumed my order did not go through because ever time I checked on my order online it said "my order was on hold". I went to go buy food because I needed food now, and I never received my food from Safeway. I found out that my money was not there. The $322.36 had been taken out of my food card. This situation began May 4th 2022, and it is now May 16, 2022. I have made many attempts to get my money back by calling customer service. The only thing I get from customer service is excuses.
Desired outcome: I would like my $322.36 back.
