Ryanair review: 1815 skr kronor/ for bordingpasses that was impossible to retrieve with the booking number on there website.

I bought 3 tickets from Arn to Rix. It was Ryanair there and Norweigen back. I provided all the passport numbers etc etc. Booking nr wasYLCPSD. Dep July July 20. . I was aware of Ryanair’s policy about having the bordingpasses. So i tried to retrieve them , thru your App. I got the answere it didnt recognize the booking number. So i finally got hold of a Ryanair person on the phone, thinking i got provided with the wrong booking number. But no, it was the right one. I was informed I had to do a verification form online. I found the form, paid for the express delivery. As i am putting in the information and picture etc, I was told I was out of time. Well i then drive to Arlanda Airport, the day befor our trip, to get help from a Ryan air person. The only thing he Said to me, you have to pay 1815swedish kronas. Otherwise you can’t fly tomorrow. I was flabbergasted. I really didnt want to destroy me and my sisters 3 day trip to Riga. So i paid, angry as could be. Me and my sisters are all 70+, and are living on Swedish pensions. Which barely gets you by. So we where 3 angry, dissapoined people going on our trip. I have ritten complains about this before. But i am sure they dont read my letters. If they did , i shouldn’t receive the answers I did. Funny thing, Traveling back on Norweigen, was no problem to retrieve the bordingpasses. I like to hear from a supervisor about this. My phone nr.
