I recently paid off my mothers mortgage. We received a refund check for escrow. The check is in her name and she is deceased. I have spent hours trying to reach someone to find out what to do with this. It isn't covered in any of the automated lists, or on line. I waited over 30 minutes two separate times on the live chat only to be timed out both times. It is impossible to reach anyone. I have called multiple phone numbers and always get the same automated system. Just point me in the right direction to get help PLEASE.
