Rocket Mortgage review: Customer service/ client relations

First, trying to talk to an actual person is next to impossible. Once I finally found a phone number to reach an individual I sat on hold for 20 plus minutes just to be told that she had to transfer me to another agent that could help me. Once transferred to the second agent, she told me that she needed to bring in another agent that could access my account. After all this [censored], circle jerk, I was connected back to the automated service, which was useless for what I needed help with. This is a terrible company when it comes to their piss pour customer service, I suggest avoiding them at all costs.
