I had a great experience with 360Lending. They were really helpful and made the whole process easy. The staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. I went back to 360 Lending for a second mortgage on my equity, and they said they'd find me the best rate
I went back to 360 Lending for a second mortgage on my equity, and they said they'd find me the best rate. They promised to give me a copy of the house appraisal, but I keep asking and not getting it. They gave me a quote with over 10K in fees, and I asked about the fees, but haven't gotten any answers since. I just want my questions answered and the appraisal copy like they said they would. That's it.
