Perpay Affordable Very Affordable

I have been using Prepay for over 1 year now and they are the best. Sam is awesome and what I like the most is that they are so personal with everything. Communication is awesome. For those whom complain about being overpriced its a business they are here to make money and make customers happy by being able to supply us with monthly payments on items that WE want but can not afford right away... I LOVE PERPAY...

Perpay Had no problems at all

This was my first time using perpay. As they do charge a considerable markup, as someone who can afford payments and not lump sums this was good option. I took a chance on it and I got my item in less than a week. I ordered the new Xbox elite controller and it works perfectly. I have not had to experience the customer service yet but my experience was flawless. The only downside is the markup. Again, it's a good option for me. Thanks!

Perpay Perpay Is Legit

I read reviews some people are saying they didn't have a great experience but I did. I turned my perpay information into my employer the payment was taking out 10/13 my product was at my house 10/15. Although the site said it would take 3 to 5 weeks. If your item is accessible at the moment and your payment info legit you will get your products in good time as if you bought it full price direct from the original retailer themselves. I love this site good job guys.

Perpay Excellent customer service

My company sent $350.00 instead of the $83.00 payment I'm required to make. Betsy from perpay was super quick to respond and offer me my options. She was able to just deduct the payment owed and bounce the overage of 271 to my savings account. I had issues with verifying my new account and she called me up and did it over the phone for me. Amazing service. This wasnt even their fault and they made it right. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them and will continue to order. Amazing company that will soon lead the way for no or low credit financing.

Perpay Legend

Unique buying experience designed for those trying to rebuild or build credit. You set up direct deposit and the payment gets taken right out of your check. Yes there is a markup on products but that is due to how the program works. A $500 PlayStation 5 is around $1,000. At Rent-A-Center or Aaron's with interest the PlayStation 5 ends up being around $2,500. At Perpay everything is upfront. You see what you are paying and what you will owe per paycheck. I have gotten a computer, printer, and a PS5. I would recommend it to anyone trying to build or rebuild credit. It took a while before they started but they do report to the credit bureaus which has boosted my score a lot. (Until I ordered the ps5 and my usage was high) lol

Perpay Thank you

I use Perpay for everything I bought so much from the microwave a ps5 a Xbox series x I bought 2 tvs also a bed and planning more purchases. With that said let me get to the review your very first item takes a while to ship but after that everything else ships right away I'm talking 2 to 3 days after the first payment. I've not gotten anything that was broke messed up or anything also my credit score has raised while using Perpay the even offer discounts and ways to add money to the next purchase which is always nice. The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to get in touch with anyone but other then that I'm happy with it they take the money out of your paycheck so you done have to worry about missing a payment I'm truly happy with using them if I can't afford to buy something out right I always check Perpay first it's just so much better then having to search and save up money when I can buy it from them instead and use the items that I need while I pay them off I'm a lifetime customer thank you perpay

Perpay Order I am being charged for but they have not shipped it to me

They have started deductions from my pay and not sent the item I ordered. I order a Google pixel pro and they are taking 100 bucks for each paycheck but still haven't shipped the phone. This has been going on a month and you can not call to speak to anyone and the online assistant is never available to chat. I just wanted the phone I ordered shipped and immediately but getting any help from them is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I want what I ordered the Google pixel pro sent to me like yesterday

Perpay Incompetent staff and inability to deliver my package to MY address 3 time mistake

I ordered a double wagon for my grandsons to be sent prior to Aug 4th for their birthday to be delivered in CO. It was delivered to Arcadia California. I live in texas and have made several orders with PERPAY When I contacted the ROBOT customer service, 2 days later I received an email asking me for proof that it went to CA, it clearly shows it on the FEDEX document. But, again I had to show them that I ordered it to go to Colorado. Finally they reordered it and I was told that it couldn't be shipped to the same address per their policy, although it was their mistake. This time, I told them to deliver it to my address whom I've been using to have my previous orders shipped too. Guess what, this shipment went to Buffalo, NY this time, again the fedex company is getting their information by PERPAY. Now I am furious and cannot reach a live person and was told once again to show proof that it went to Buffalo NY as if they can't review it on their end. Also I was told to continue making my payments on time. This time, I reordered it for the THIRD time, GUESS what, I had to use another address instead of my address, so I sent it to my son's address in CO, where my twin grandsons reside, this time, I just received confirmation from FEDEX that my order was delivered to OHIO, Are they just pulling straws and throwing my item to where ever they decide. I can't reach anyone and I have demanded to speak with someone! This is the worst customer service and it's very unprofessional that I have to show proof they they continue to mess up my order and this stupid policy that they can't resend the order to the address that I've asked them too is more ridiculous. I I can't speak with a live agent, the phone number listed on googles website doesn't work. Please DONT order anything from this company. It has been more than a night mare I started this order on August 3rd and we're far into September and supposedly this wagon has traveled the world with the exception of where I asked for it to be delivered. If I had a job like this screwing up people's order, I'd be terminated. But oh no, I keep having to show these idiots where they're sending my order too. This is the worst experience and the wagons cost $549.00 dollars. There has not been a live person to call me nor are they reviewing this case. And I have not spoken with a live person yet. Below are some of the proof of delivery. They didn't have anyone sign for the package and they can clearly see my address on file. I HAVE BEEN ORDERING THIS ITEM SINCE JULY... LOOK AT THE 3 PROOF OF PURCHASE AND TODAYS LOCATION IS DAYTON OHIO...SMH...

Perpay STOLEN FUNDS

My husband signed up for Perpay. He was approved. He's a stay at home parent and I work. So I figured as we have done similar with Progressive leasing and a few other buy now pay later platforms that me paying for my husband wouldn't be an issue. 1) As were married so income is all combined together, 2) I've never heard of a company throwing a hissy fit over a spouse paying for the other spouses bill. It's technically a bill. Well less fast forward. I recieved an email saying spouses cannot pay for other spouses order. So we canceled the order. Cool. This is going back to Thanksgiving we originally placed the order the beginning of November. If they were so picky with how the order was being paid for than why did they a) wait 2 weeks to tell me b) take the funds first than tell me it was an issue? So here's the problem. The order has been canceled. I keep going back in forth with someone named Stuart on Perpay via email about my missing funds. He is telling me I have to have my payroll stop sending the payment. Well I called both my payroll and human resources at my employer and both have told me the same exact thing. They a) have never heard of a buy now, pay later company do this once an order is canceled they don't keep taking. 2) it might be fraud 3)they have no way to stop payments for something that is not along the lines of garnishing/court ordered garnishment etc 3) the company PERPAY is accountable to stop taking payments on a canceled order. Not my employer's end. PERPAY has been saying it's my employer. No it's not. I get paid biwkly. The order was canceled Thanksgiving day. I haven't recieved my original amount back. They just took another payment. If me paying for my spouse was such a massive issue than why is this BNPL company continuing to take the funds. I have never heard of this. I have paid for my husband on other BNPL platforms and have never been screwed over like this. I'm getting upset. This company has taken a second payment and hasn't even redirected my original payment back to my employer. Yes I had my payroll check for any credit/return adjustments etc. Human Resources in my Payrolls department also checked. There is nothing. They're stealing funds. So far I'm owed $237.02 on a payment plan that was originally $118.51 on PERPAY for a $1k order. All I was trying to do was help build my husbands credit as it is limited and he is a stay at home parent. It should not matter how it gets paid as long as it's legitimately paid on time and in a timely manner. I have tried to call PERPAY directly to no avail. Their line is down says they're not accepting calls to either live chat or email. I'm at my wits end. I'm having money stolen from me from this company without no return. Stuart from PERPAY keeps telling me they sent my money back to my employer. I have direct deposit. They didn't. I have filed a case with the BBB and my next step is the police for theft of wages. AVOID this BNPL and use someone else like FOUR, QUADPAY (zip), PAYPAL, PROGRESSIVE LEASING. Do not fall into this trap. My Christmas for our kids has been cut short because of this company and their nonsense over not ending their deductions or as of yet returning my funds. They continue to say they've sent them however my employer currently says and shows no reflection on this. My employer/payroll/human resources also said that once an order is canceled its on their end (the BNPL) to no longer deduct. That they have never heard of a company demanding the employee to get the payroll to put a stop end on payments that are not garnishment. I even spoke with the company that handles case court ordered payroll garnishments for my employer and they strictly said that since this IS NOT a garnishment there is NOTHING they can do as well it is on this BNPL companies end not mine nor my payroll or my employer/human resources etc. Once a payment is canceled or an order is canceled it doesn't mean continue to take. I just want my money back

Perpay Perpay Inc. Review: Not Recommended for PS5 Purchases - Misleading Stock Claims and Lengthy Wait Times

This company, Perpay Inc. (perpay.com), is not recommended, especially if you're looking to purchase a PS5. I've used a similar company called Zebit and was able to get my PS5 in just three days after making my first payment. However, with Perpay, it takes a couple of weeks just for them to receive a payment because you have to set it up as a direct deposit. The worst part is that they lie and tell you that they have the PS5 in stock, but after setting everything up and having money taken out of your check, you realize that they actually don't have it in stock. You're left waiting to see when one might get shipped to you. It's been a whole month since I first signed up, and I'm still being told that it might be another 4-6 weeks until one actually ships to me. Meanwhile, they're taking money out of my check every week. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.

Perpay Disappointing Experience with Perpay Inc.: Lack of Transparency and Communication

So, I recently made an order on Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed with the experience. After making my initial payment, I noticed that the order status had changed and the shipping time was now listed as 4-6 weeks. This was a bit concerning, as I was hoping to receive my item sooner rather than later.

However, a few hours later, I received an email stating that my item was awaiting shipping and that it would be shipped within 3-5 business days. This was a bit confusing, as it seemed to contradict the shipping time listed on the website. I decided to check the tracking link on the app to see if I could get some more information.

Unfortunately, this only added to my confusion. According to the tracking information, the item was set to arrive in 4-6 weeks, which was the same as the original shipping time listed on the website. I was starting to get frustrated at this point, as I had no idea when my item would actually arrive.

I decided to reach out to customer service for some clarification. Unfortunately, I found their customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get in touch with someone, and when I finally did, I was given a copy and paste response of their shipping policy. While I appreciated the information, it didn't really answer my question about when my item would arrive.

As someone who had purchased a valuable item, I was hoping for a bit more transparency and communication from Perpay Inc. It's frustrating to pay for something and then be left in the dark about when it will arrive. At this point, I'm not sure when my item will arrive, and I'm hesitant to make any future purchases from this company.

Perpay Terrible Experience with Perpay Inc.: No Phone Support, Suspended Credit Card Account, and Slow Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Perpay Inc. (perpay.com). I used their services for two years and never had any issues until this year. The biggest problem I had with them was that they don't have a phone number that you can call to speak to a live person. This made it really difficult for me to get any help when I needed it.

When I got to my last payment on my Marketplace account, I stopped my Direct Debit from my payroll check so I could pay off the last $113.00 by Debit Card. However, this caused them to suspend my Credit Card account. I was really frustrated because I had never had any issues with them before and I didn't understand why they would do this.

I had to set up my Direct Debit from my payroll for one time just to pay off my balance. However, they suspended my Credit Card Account again stating that I missed a payroll payment. I was really confused because my Marketplace Account was $0.00 so I didn't understand what payment I had missed.

Now they are saying that I have to make payments through my payroll once again to make payments to my Credit Card. This is really frustrating because I don't want to have to deal with this anymore. I have decided to close my account with them and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you need help from them, you have to chat with them and it takes 2-5 days for a response. This is really inconvenient and it made me feel like they didn't care about my business. Overall, I would not recommend using Perpay Inc. (perpay.com). If I could give them a rating of -10, I would!

Perpay Terrible Experience with Perpay Inc.: Broken TV, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

I bought a 65" Samsung TV from Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) in January and it arrived on January 21st. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I found a crack on the screen. I contacted Perpay to request an exchange, but it took them a long time to respond. Eventually, they asked me to send pictures of the damage, but then they didn't reply for a while. I had to rate the conversation as terrible before I finally received an email saying that UPS would pick up the TV. However, it took them a whole month to send the return, which arrived on February 10th, after my initial order. To my disappointment, the TV had screen damage again! I paid $950 for this TV, and I have been paying $93.39 per month for three months without a working TV. This is unacceptable.

I asked Perpay for another exchange, and they sent me the information about UPS picking it up. However, UPS hasn't attempted to pick up the TV yet. When I called UPS to schedule the pickup, they refused to pick up the broken TV until they spoke to the shipper. It's already hard enough to talk to someone, and I just want my money refunded. I don't want to deal with this anymore. Perpay needs to figure out a way to come and get the TV because I'm done with them. Their concept is great, but their service is terrible. They need a customer service number because these issues seem to be frequent for them.

If anyone from Perpay is reading this, please call UPS and speak to their damaged claims department. You're making them look bad like they did the damage. I'm removing my payroll deductions, and I'm emailing you today about my refund. I hope you can resolve this issue quickly.

Perpay [protected] Order number

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for an order I requested that it be cancelled after I requested that the order be canceled the then process the order to be shipped. The status of the order had not been updated at all until I requested that they cancel the order. I no longer live at address they are sending it to. I don’t have transportation to pick it up at a different distribution center because they could not change the address. His recommendation was to wait until it ships and then call them and ask for it to be delivered somewhere closer to me. I don’t have a car to do that that’s why I requested that they cancel the order since they could not update the address and it was not canceled and has not been canceled and now it is being shipped out. My thought process is that they are now shipping it out so that they can charge me a restocking fee I would like the order canceled and my money all of my money back for this item.

Desired outcome: To have the order canceled and all of my money back

Perpay Perpay Inc. Review: Slow Shipping, Confusing Payment Policies & Shipping Charges

I recently tried Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) to purchase over $500 worth of goods. While I was initially intrigued by their payment plan options, unfortunately, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. For starters, I was disappointed to find that they charge for shipping, especially for orders that exceed a certain amount. As a consumer, I expect to receive some level of free shipping for a purchase of this size.

Moreover, I found that their shipping process was not only slow, but also quite frustrating. I had already made three payments towards my order before it was even shipped out to me. This translates to a considerable amount of time spent waiting around without any indication of when my items would actually arrive.

To make matters worse, Perpay Inc. has a policy of deducting payments from your account before the items have even been delivered and confirmed in good condition. This practice seemed risky to me, as a customer, since I had no assurance that the goods would be delivered in the desired condition. I believe they should revamp their policies to ensure that payments are not taken until they can properly confirm that everything has been received in good order.

Overall, I would not recommend using Perpay Inc. for your shopping needs – their slow shipping, confusing payment policies and the fact that they charge for shipping when you spend a certain amount really left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

Perpay Unacceptable experience with Perpay Inc: Long waitlist, high prices, and poor customer service

The experience I've had with Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) has been incredibly frustrating. I made an order for a PS5 on the first day it was available on their site, and despite being on my fourth payment, almost three months later I still don't have my console. It's extremely disappointing to have paid so much money for a product that I haven't received yet.

To add insult to injury, I was recently informed that I'm 118th on the waiting list. This seems unacceptable to me considering how long I've been waiting and how much money I've already paid. It's disappointing that it's taking so long, and I'm beginning to feel like my trust in this company was misplaced.

What's worse is that Perpay Inc. charges double what the product actually costs. I find this practice extremely unethical. It's essentially price gouging and it feels like a form of theft. I think that Perpay Inc. needs to be held accountable for this practice.

At this point, I'm so frustrated with the lack of progress that I'm considering making a two-hour drive to their headquarters to confront them about this. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being taken for a ride by this company. I sincerely hope that Perpay Inc. will take steps to improve their customer service and be more transparent about their pricing practices.

Perpay Negative Experience with Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) - A Warning for Online Shoppers

When it comes to online shopping, it's important to do your research before making a purchase decision. Unfortunately, this reviewer did not do so with Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) and was left with a negative experience.

After placing an order, the reviewer attempted to cancel it right away in order to further investigate the company. However, they did not receive a response for five days, which raised some red flags for the reviewer. They suspected that the company may have deliberately delayed their response until after the first payment had been taken, making it more difficult to cancel the order.

In addition to the delay in customer service, the reviewer was also frustrated by the lack of updates on the status of their order. Despite stating that the item should ship within 3-5 days, the order remained in the "being prepared" stage and no one was available to respond to the reviewer's inquiries.

To top it all off, the reviewer then discovered that their Apple Series 7 watch bundle would be shipped in separate orders, even though it was marketed as a bundle. This led the reviewer to worry about potentially being ripped off.

Perpay Mixed Experience with Perpay Inc.: Poor Customer Support and Defective Products

I had a mixed experience with Perpay Inc. (perpay.com). Although I initially received my computer purchase with no problems, it unfortunately stopped working after only four days of use. The only way to contact Perpay for support is through email, which can be frustrating for those who prefer more immediate assistance. I attempted to communicate with them through their "chat" service, but it was not helpful at all.

I eventually received a return label and sent my computer back to be replaced. I was, of course, excited to receive my replacement a few weeks later, but was disappointed to discover that it, too, stopped working after only four days of use. I reached out to Perpay through their email contact once again and after two weeks, finally received a return label. However, it was explained to me that they were only willing to offer me credit back onto their site, instead of a full refund for my purchase.

Overall, my experience with Perpay was frustrating and disappointing. Although they were able to replace my defective computer, the fact that it broke twice in such a short amount of time and the poor communication options for support left me feeling unsatisfied. I have decided not to do business with Perpay Inc. again in the future.

Perpay Perpay Inc.'s Predatory Pricing Practice - A Disappointing Experience

As someone who regularly makes purchases and pays almost $300 monthly on items that I'm satisfied with, I must say I was drawn to Perpay Inc. (perpay.com), an online shopping platform that offers the convenience of making payments in installments. However, my experience with them was far from pleasant, and I feel inclined to share my thoughts on the matter.

I was in need of a file cabinet and decided to search their website for available options. To my surprise, the price of a small 3-drawer cabinet was listed at $22.50 for 16 payments, which would add up to a whopping $360. Naturally, I was taken aback by the steep price point and decided to compare prices with other retailers. To my surprise, the exact same product was priced at a much lower range of $160-$178 across various websites.

While it's understandable that Perpay Inc. is running a business and looking to make a profit, I found their pricing strategy to be utterly disappointing. A profit margin of $180 per product, which does not even include taxes and shipping, seems quite excessive to me. It's not only about the price difference between them and other merchants but their pricing policy that comes across as being predatory. Such a significant profit margin seems to be taking advantage of the consumers' need for flexible payments, and it left me feeling uneasy.

I believe businesses should strive to make a profit, but Perpay Inc.'s pricing strategy was very disappointing, so much so that I will discontinue using their services after my items are paid off. I understand that there will always be price discrepancies between merchants, but such a significant profit margin underscores a concerning business practice. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Perpay Perpay Inc. Customer Service Review: Slow Response Times and Defective Product Frustrations

In August of 2020, I placed an order for a laptop from Perpay Inc. via their website, perpay.com. Unfortunately, I received a defective product on August 11th, which was quite disappointing. After contacting the customer service team, it took nine days for them to send me a return label via email.

Subsequently, I sent the laptop back to Perpay Inc. on August 20th using the return label provided via UPS. However, despite following their instructions, my re-order is still listed as 'waiting to ship' on their site. This has become particularly frustrating, as I received a message from Gavin at Perpay informing me that an order had been shipped to me by mistake, even though I never received it.

My experience with the customer service team at Perpay has been less than satisfactory, with slow response times being a consistent issue. In fact, the last response I received from Gavin came almost 24 hours after my initial message, despite their stated commitment to respond within a few hours.

Given these issues, I would really appreciate it if I could speak to a human being on the phone to get this issue resolved. Overall, I'm feeling quite disappointed with the entire experience.

Perpay Perpay Review: Convenience vs. Cost - Is it Worth It?

When considering using Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) as a service to make installment payments on items, it's important to note that the cost may be slightly higher than paying directly to the merchants. However, it's worth mentioning that the prices of items on Perpay are often double what you could find elsewhere. If you're comfortable with the higher prices and the added convenience of installment payments, then Perpay may be a viable option.

It's worth noting that while they do deliver as promised, the customer service experience on Perpay leaves much to be desired. The company does not offer live customer service, and using their messaging system can take at least a full day to receive a response. Despite the messaging system being styled to look like a chat system, it is not instantaneous and can be frustratingly slow. At times it can take just as long to receive subsequent responses related to your inquiries.

That being said, while the customer service experience could be improved, Perpay is reliable in delivering what is promised. However, as a long-term user, it became apparent that using Perpay was wasting both time and money when compared to other alternatives. Ultimately, the choice of whether or not to use Perpay comes down to weighing the pros and cons of convenience versus cost.

Perpay Buyer Beware: Perpay's Unauthorized Sales Practices

Perpay Inc. is an online retailer that has made quite a name for itself over the years. While they have made the shopping experience easy and convenient, recent discoveries suggest that they may not be authorized to sell all of their products.

An instance that highlights this discovery occurred when a customer attempted to register their Samsung washing machine for a protection plan. Upon requesting an itemized receipt from Perpay, they were informed that the product was not authorized. Upon contacting Samsung, it was discovered that when purchasing from a third party, it must be updated manually. Perpay was not authorized to sell the product, and despite attempts to rectify the situation, using a bar code from Amazon did not work either.

Looking further into their products, it was discovered that while Perpay does claim to be authorized sellers for big-name items, this is not always the case. It is believed that Perpay orders from these large companies, receives the products themselves, and then sends them off to the consumer.

Despite this significant misstep for the company, it should be noted that Perpay customers typically receive their products on time and without any significant issues. However, for those looking to purchase large items with specific warranties, it is recommended that research be conducted to confirm the authorization of the retailer.

Perpay Questionable Practices: My Experience with Perpay Inc

I have been using Perpay Inc. for the last couple of years and have placed several orders through their website. Recently, I was excited to see that they had the highly sought-after Playstation 5 available for purchase. Without hesitation, I decided to place an order for the digital version of this gaming console back in October.

Perpay Inc. informed me that the console would take approximately 6-8 weeks before it was shipped to me. Although this wait was longer than I initially anticipated, I was willing to be patient to receive my highly desired purchase. However, I then received an email stating that, due to my extended wait for the Playstation 5, I would be upgraded to the disc version at no additional cost.

While I was appreciative of the gesture, I was not particularly thrilled about the disc version. When I reached out to Perpay Inc. to request that my order be changed back to the digital version, I was informed that it was sold out and the switch to the disc version was done in good faith. This left me feeling uneasy about Perpay Inc. as a company and questioning their business practices.

Moreover, I was extremely upset when Perpay Inc. approved and processed two payments for the Playstation 5 digital version but then told me that it was no longer in stock. I feel that the company misled me and wasted my time.

At this point, I can't help but think that there is something fishy going on with Perpay Inc. and that it may be a scam. I hope this issue is resolved soon because I am not pleased with the situation whatsoever.

Perpay Disappointing Experience with Perpay Inc: Poor Customer Service and Ambiguous Practices

I had high hopes for Perpay Inc. (perpay.com) as a company with a great product and customer service to match, but unfortunately, my experience with them so far has not been up to par. I ordered tires for my truck and while they arrived in a timely fashion, they did not fit my vehicle properly. To make matters worse, communication with customer service has been a frustrating experience, as the only means of contact seem to be via texting and the responses I've received have been sporadic at best.

What aggravated the situation was the lack of size confirmation when purchasing the tires through their shopping cart checkout. While there was no size confirmation, I naively believed that the highlighted size was the one that would be shipped, only to discover that this isn't the case. My truck has a small lift and requires a slightly larger tire than standard, but instead, I was sent a tire meant for a smaller vehicle. As previously mentioned, there was no size listed in the cart or at checkout, leaving me with the headache of returning the tires.

After holding several conversations with customer service, I have been offered a return label but was informed that I would have to pay a $10 processing fee, a 5% restocking charge, and shipping. It was a bitter pill to swallow considering that the product ordered was not the right size due to a lack of size confirmation during the checkout. I've been going back and forth with someone from customer service this way for weeks and have not received much help.

Overall, I strongly advise against doing business with these people given the lack of customer service and ambiguous practices. It has caused me tremendous dissatisfaction and has been a hassle getting in touch with them to sort out the problem.

My machine came defective. They won't respond. I purchased a 2year protection plan. I need this for my business and these motherfuckers don't care. I'm stopping payment and keeping machine I bet they contact me then. Worse company ever

I'm asking for a change in the ring I'm about to receive I'm needing the same ring just a different size and color before it's sent to me, change from color rose gold to gold size from 7 to size 9, no problem just simple change. I'm not pay for the change. Makes no since

I have been a customer for over 2yrs! I have NEVER been able to reach a live person by phone. I always email with questions, complaints, need for assistance since I give them 500$ a month! To no avail...I always get nowhere with generic message back from the "help center "

Not having a number to call is unacceptable!
