Black male and female tenants complain and whine too much at Berrada Properties apartment buildings in the Avenues West/Merrill Park Concordia neighborhoods in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! That's why Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properies own those apartments in those three neighborhoods since 2022 and 2023 That's why Berrada Properties don't rent to Black People,Because Black People like to whine,complain,start trouble and start drama against good tenants! That's why Berrada Properties rent to Mexican People,Because Mexican People don't complain and whine too much in all of those apartment buildings in all three of those neighborhoods! Those three Black neighborhoods in Milwaukee,Wisconsin are full of crackheads,drug addicts,prostitutes and sex offenders who like to shoot guns,bother,beg and harass people on businesses,bus stops and Walgreens on 35th & Wisconsin Avenue! Those three neighborhoods are an urban decay to the City of Milwaukee.Black People don't know how to act in those three neighborhoods.That's why Milwaukee alderman Robert Baumann is closing down and shutting down business in those three neighborhoods,Because Black People don't know how to act in public!

Berrada Properties is a piece of trash poisoning Milwaukee, They like to evict tenants and They like to put evictions on good tenants records! Property Manager Beth Notolli would not let nobody transfer to a different apartment. In the Avenues West/Merrill Park/ Concordia West neighborhood everytime when a black male tenant or a black female tenant get evicted from their apartment,Berrada rents apartments to Mexican/Puerto Rican people in that neighborhood! Berrada Properties president Youssef 'Joe' Berrada uses black tenants rents money and Mexican/Puerto Rican tenants money to buy fancy cars,houses and to pay for his mortage on his big mansion house in Mequon,Wisconsin! Every time when a property management company sells their apartment building to Berrada Properties or When Berrada Properties buys a apartment building from a property management company, Bad things happen to that apartment building. Bad things like mice/rat/bed bug & roach infestation,water damage and problems with heat! Youssef "Joe' Berrada, Beth Notolli, Archie Blunt and Briana are play playing a sick,twisted,shady,crooked,corrupted,evil and wicked game with Black tenants & Hispanic tenants! Berrada Properties Manager Beth Notolli won't let a tenant transfer and move into a different apartment when they have problems inside their apartment! Beth Notolli, Archie Blunt & Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is sick, twisted, crooked, shady, evil and corrupted by their evilness & their nastiness! Everytime they own a apartment building that was owned by a different property management company problems arise like mice, rat and bedbug infestation, bad plumbing and all other kinds of bad stuff be happening at those apartments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! The reason why Jomela Properties, JT Riley Properties, Optinum Property Managment, Alliance of Milwaukee LLC, Pine Tree Apartments and Team Management be selling their apartments to Berrada Properties, Because Black tenants be shooting their guns, They be shooting & killing each other, Black tenants be acting crazy & acting stupid, They be driving fast on the street, They be drinking alcolhol, smoking weed, bumping, blasting playing their rap/hip hop music too loud, They be loitering, hanging out and sitting outside in front of the apartment build that draws attention to crime! Stay away from Berrada Properties & Stay away from Avenues West, Merrill Park and Concordia West neighborhoods, Because Berrada Properties will cause problems on you and Black tenants will cause you harm at those neighborhoods! Move to the Southside and Move to a white neighborhood like Third Ward, Bay View, St Francis, Cudahy, South Milwaukee, Oak Creek, New Berlin, Burlington and Menominee Falls, Because white people don't bother you in those communities and They mind their own business!

The bad things that they been doing is causing the mice and pest infestation on the good tenants in 2022, Taking tenants belongings after the apartment fire in 2023 and 2024, Letting good tenants freeze inside their apartments during the wintertime and Refusing to take care of problems that be happening inside their apartment building! Berrada Properties be putting evictions on good tenants record right after they move out of their apartments.They be charging $100.00 late fees when a tenant pays their rent late. He put big rocks and Big boulder rocks in front of his apartments to keep people from driving in front of the yard and in front of the apartment building! Youssef 'Joe' Berrada be using black tenants & hispanic tenants money to buy houses out of state,fancy cars and mortage for his mansion house in Mequon,Wisconsin. White men & women property management owners are money hungry and desperate for money, That's why they be selling their apartment property to Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties! Like what happened in 2022,2023 and 2024 when Jomela Properties,Team Management,Optimum Proprty Management, Pine Tree Apartments sold their apartments to Berrada Properties to cost good tenants their apartments! President Youssef 'Joe' Berrada,General Manager Beth Nottoli, Director Archie Blunt,Brianna who work the counter and the black security guys who work for Berrada Properties at the office is sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted,shady,evil and wicked! Every month when I go on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access website, I see good tenants getting evicted for non payment of rent and other BS that Berrada be doing! Berrada is playing a crooked game with the good tenants for the heat,plumbing and pest infestation in the tenants apartments! Do not rent to Berrada Properties, Stay away from them and rent to a different property management company that is not affiliated with Berrada Properties!

When Jomela Properties owned those two apartment buildings until the beginning of 2022, Jomela Properties rented to bad,crazy,sick,crooked black tenants and white tenants who like to smoke weed,drink alcohol,act crazy,lie,spread rumors,start fights,start arguments,start trouble and start problems who good tenants at those two apartment buildings! Jomela Properties refused to evict those bad black and white tenants from those two apartment buildings,Because Jomela Properties is scared of black people,Every time when Jomela evicts a black person, from their apartment, Black tenants be going to the property management office and threaten property management co workers! When Ryan Kautz left Jomela Properties in 2019 and was replaced by Lucas Koenings, Lucas Koenings always sitting around working on the computer and don't do nothing about the troublemakers at all of their apartment buildings! Jomela Properties sold those two apartment buildings to Berrada Properties in February 2022,In 2022,2023 and 2024 Berrada evicted the good tenants at 3010,3103,3104 West Wells Street apartment building! On Wisconsin Circuit Court Access website under Berrada Properties 96 LLC & Berrada Properties 97 LLC in Milwaukee County, You will see the good tenants who got evicted from those apartment buildings! Jomela Properties closed down their corporate office where Joyce's House Education Center is located in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Stay away from all of Berrada Properties apartments located in the crackhead/crack alley neighborhood Merrill Park,Avenues West and Concordia neighborhood,Because those neighborhoods are full of crackheads,crack addicts,drug addicts,sex offenders and prostitutes!

When Jomela Properties owned the apartment building at 2803 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin until early 2022 when they sold the apartment building to Berrada Properties, Tenants were getting mice inside that apartment building! The mice were coming inside the garbage dumpster room inside the basement from outside into the apartment building on the 800 block of North 28th Street, The mice were crawling through the hole inside the basement wall, The mice came through the heating vent leaving candy wrappers and pizza crusts inside the heating vent and be leaving brown, dark brown and black mice droppings inside the kitchen cabinets! Dave McFarland, Sabrina Lebay and Mary Sparling (Karolewicz) live in that nasty infested apartment building. Do not move inside that apartment building, Because that apartment building is dirty, nasty, filthy, germy and infested, Stay away from that apartment building when you look for a apartment!

In February 2022,When Jomela Properties sold the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building to Berrada Properties,Bad things started happening inside that apartment building in 2022! The bad things that happened was the bad black tenants started making good tenants uncomfortable inside that apartment building like Joseph 'Joe' Bernard who live in Apt 26 on the second floor and Clyde Davis who live in Apt 5 on the first floor who like to start trouble against good tenants inside that apartment building! They like to drink alcohol,smoke weed, act crazy, lie,spread rumors,starting arguments, fights,bully tenants and starting problems against good tenants inside that apartment building! Bad Black tenants like to talk and say bad things about good tenants inside that apartment building. Brianna who work behind the counter at the Berrada Propertty office at 3745 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin letting this kind of stuff happen inside that apartment building at 3010 West Wells Street! She won't evict Joe and Clyde from that apartment building,because they live in that apartment building for a long time.They like to call the police and Complain to property management on good tenants who mind their own business inside that apartment building! That apartment building is a urban decay for the City of Milwaukee,Stay away from that apartment building,Do not move in that apartment building in the Avenues West/Merrill Park neighborhood!

On December 5, 2024, Me and my son were inside my apartment,The apartment was cold,I contacted Berrada Properties and The calls were unanswered,. My wall thermometer said below 50 degrees,My apartment was cold and freezing cold, I called WTMJ 4's Jenna Rae,She was a maintenance worker and She got it back up and running, When she left my apartment, The heat got shut off! My 3 year old son shivered inside that cold cold apartment,It made me mad and upset the most. Department of Neighborhood Services (DNS) was at my apartment Thursday afternoon, A spokesperson who worked for DNS received multiple complaints about the heat! Me and the other tenant's got young kids at that apartment building, Berrada Properties is playing this sick,twisted game with me,my son and the other tenants inside that apartment building! State of Wisconsin & City of Milwaukee need to close and shut down Berrada Properties permanently,Because they are ruining,decaying and destroying Milwaukee!

Do not rent from Berrada Properties,Because they are crooked,corrupted,sick,twisted and evil! Every time when a property managment company sell their company to Berrada Properties,Bad things always happen like when they do construction inside,outside and around the apartment building! Pest infestation like mice,bugs and roaches be coming from outside, Coming inside tenants apartments through the walls and radiators. In early 2022 when Jomela Properties sold all of their apartments to Berrada Properties,At 3010,3103 and 3104 West Wells Street apartment buildings,The mice and the rats started coming inside the apartment buildings,leaving brown,dark brown droppings and biting holes through tenants clothes and other belongings! Berrada Properties don't evict tenants from the 3104 West Wells Street apartment building when the tenants be throwing their garbage in the 3103 West Wells Street apartment building causing their dumpster to overflow with garbage! When wintertime comes the tenants have no heat coming from the radiators,In December 2024,The tenants be using the space heaters and the ovens to warm up their apartment,Because Berrada don't turn on the heat inside the whole apartment building, That's when tenants turn to WTMJ 4,WITI Fox 6 and WISN 12 in Milwaukee for help against Berrada Properties! When a news reporter comes to Berrada Properties corporate office located at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, The outside front doors be locked and Black Men Security Guards be blocking the news reporters from coming inside the corporate office! Berrada Properties are evil,wicked,crooked and shady, The owner Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is making money off of poor Black people,Mexican People and Puerto Rican People! State of Wisconsin and The City of Milwaukee need to close and to shut Berrada Properties down permanently! Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent to Berrada Properties,Because they will screw you like they did the other tenants in 2022, 2023 and 2024!

When Jomela Properties sold the 3103 West Wells Street apartment building to Berrada Properties in January 2022, Berrda Properties started doing maintenance and construction around the apartment building, Rats started coming inside the apartment building and coming inside my apartment! Me, My brother Jose Baez and The other hispanic guys killed 9 rats inside my apartment, The rats chewed through my belongs and left brown/dark brown droppings on my clothing, I had to throw away my clothes, I called Berrada Properties corporate office located at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to report the rat infestation inside my apartment, Nobody did not answer my call, I left a message on Youssef 'Joe' Berrada's voicemail and Nobody never responded to my message until I called WISN 12 News and told the rat incident at my apartment at 3103 West Wells Street Apt A, The news reporter Nick Bohr came over, I showed him what the rats chewed up my dresser and a pile of dead rats. The next day Hannah Hilyard from WISN 12 News showed up to my apartment, I spoked to her at my apartment, I showed her a pile of clothes that the rats left the droppings on and I told her that the rats showed up in the bathroom and the kitchen, I was scared to go inside the bathroom and the kitchen, because of the rats. When me and my kids were sleeping in my bed, A rat crawed inside my bed, Me and Jose told Hannah Hilyard that we got to go & I'm witholding my rent from Berrada Properties. I never pay Berrada their rent, They evicted me and took me to court for non payment of rent, I lost my case against Berrada Properties 96 LLC, Now a got a 20 year eviction on my record until 2042. Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent to Berrada Propeties, Because they will screw you like they did me and the other tenants!
