Berrada Properties review: Causing me to have mice infestation inside my apartment

What happened to me in March 2022 was when Jomela Properties sold the 3104 West Wells Street apartment building to Berrada Properties and The mice started laying mice droppings on the counter,stove,living room floor,kitchen floor and bathroom floor.So me and my son moved out of that apartment building this year in 2026. Same thing happened to Rennard Cotton at the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building in 2022 and Dalyvette Ramos Baez in 2022. Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are very responsible for the mice and rat infestation at those apartment buildings! Me and my son ain't never gonna move into that apartment building while this pest infestation is going on inside and outside those apartment buildings.Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are sick,twisted,dirty,crooked,corrupted,evil and wicked, They cannot be trusted when they do Black tenants and Mexican tenants wrong at those apartments in that neighborhood! Stay away from Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Propteries,Because they will screw you like they did Dalyvette Baez Ramos, Rennard Cotton,Tia Hightower, Charles 'Wesley' Hall, June Landry Walter,Aaron Redd and the other good tenants. Do not rent to Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties in the City of Milwaukee! If I was Community Advocates, I would not work with Berrada Properties, City of Milwaukee & State of Wisconsin need to chase Youssef 'Joe' Berrada out of Milwaukee,Wisconsin. The FBI need to close & shut down Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties permanently! Please do not rent to them in the City of Milwaukee.
