Berrada Properties review: Not playing their cards right in the City of Milwaukee

Berrada Properties have not been playing their cards right since 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025! Everytime when a property management company sells their apartment to Berrada Properfties,Bad things happen to that apartment building from mice,rat and pest infestation, Garbage Overflow inside the dumpsters,Heat not working inside the tenants apartments when it be freezing cold inside and outside of the apartment building! Everytime when it be problems inside that tenant's apartment, The tenants call the corporate office and they call maintanance, Corporate Office and Maintenance don't answer the phone,They don't respond to voicemail messages and They don't respond to e-mail messages! Berrada Properties be breaking promises that they don't keep, That's why tenants don't pay and withhold their rent to Berrada Properties, Berrada Properties be evicting tenants out of their apartments behind their backs and The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department be coming over putting affivadit paper and the orange paper/sticker on the tenant's door, The eviction process be starting and The tenant has to come to court in Downtown Milwaukee to face the judge inside the Milwaukee County Courthouse or Call the courts on the phone for the eviction by using Zoom! Those evictions be dismissed or It be a judgment for the Plaintiff,The defendant has to pay Berrada Properties the money that they owe to property management company, The eviction will stay on that tenants record and court record for 20 years. That will prevent that tenant from getting a new apartment in the future! Stay away from Berrada Properties in the future,Do not rent to them, Because they will screw you and do you wrong like they did the Black tenants,White tenants and the Mexican/Puerto Rican tenants in 2022,2023,2024 and 2025! Go to a different apartment building in Milwaukee,Wisconsin that is not affiliated with Berrada Properties.
