Berrada Properties review: Playing a crooked game with me at my apartment

On December 2025,Berrada Properties have been playing a crooked game with me, I been without heat for days inside my apartment at 4903 North 39th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, I called the building manager at Berrada Properties,but the calls have not been answered and unanswered! I could not get no response from Berrada Properties,The heating system inside my apartment for days relying leaving me with space heaters, It not suitable to live at 4903 North 39th Street,I don't know what's going on inside my apartment! The lack of heat has also led to additional problems, I woke up to water pouring from a bathroom vent after a pipe issue inside the apartment building, The water continued for hours forcing me to use towels to prevent further damage, I put my towels down there and all of my towels have been ruined of the water, The water stopped at 12:30pm to 1:00pm in the afternoon, I reported the heating and the water issues to the landlord and no repairs have been made! There's been a lot of issues inside the apartment,The Milwaukee Department of Neighborhood Services is involved and working to restore heat to my apartment, I'm trying to find a new place to live where it's safe at so that I won't be putting up with his evilness,craziness and his foolishness! Do not rent to Berrada Properties and their apartments,Because every time they own a apartment building from a previous property management company,Bad things always happen inside their apartments and apartment building especially during the Wintertime when it be freezing rigid cold outside. Stay away from Berrada Properties,Go somewhere else in Milwaukee to rent an apartment!
