I was advised today that I did not qualify because my loss of income was not reported within the required 30–90 days. How do I respectfully request reconsideration. I was able to keep my rent current by using my 401(k) funds after losing my income, but those funds are now exhausted. I now need rental assistance for July and August. I start my new position 8/17
Desired outcome: I am requesting that my application be reconsidered and that an exception be made based on my current financial hardship. I am seeking rental assistance for my current month’s rent because my available funds have been exhausted.

I don't see how these programs are for his tenants! I have been in the same place for 10 years! Community Advocates seems to pick and choose who they want to help issue the assistance too! I don't receive any assistance, I have worked all my life! I switched jobs for a better wage of living and it seems I can't catch a break! Milwaukee county is horrible with assisting those who do work ,I guess I have to be on section 8 or rent assistance through the state, NO job and receiving all type of low income for me to get some help at community advocates! This is my second time being denied while staying in Berrada properties! WHO's getting the funding community advocates? I shouldn't have to wait to get a eviction on my name to get help! Berrada really need their own representatives down there to assist their tenants because those workers are no help! She told me to apply for W2...Community advocates is a sad place but being funded and grants coming in off the tax payers(like me) hard earned money!
