Berrada Properties review: They are causing good tenants to lose their apartments

Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are causing good tenants to lose their apartments and to lose their homes in the City of Milwaukee,Wisconsin! They cannot be trusted for their wrongdoing to good tenants in that city. In the Avenues West/Merrill Park and Concordia neighborhood, A lot of Black people and Mexican people are losing their apartments in those neighborhoods! I've been watching the news on TV on WTMJ 4,WITI Fox 6 and WISN 12 about the bad stuff Berrada Properties been doing to the Black tenants and the Mexican tenants in the City of Milwaukee. In 2022 Berrada Properties have been causing the mice and rat infestion on North 31st Street and West Wells Street, Tenants not getting no heat on 29th Street & Highland Ave and North 31st & West Michigan Street. On North 30th Street and West Wisconsin Avenue,Water leaking from apartment ceiling! Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is another Michael McGee and Michael McGee Jr who like to do evil and bad things in the City of Milwaukee, They like to bring,put down and criticize Milwaukee! Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is Nino Brown from New Jack City, The Kingpin from Spiderman and Daredevil and The Wicked Queen from Snow White who like to get rid of tenants and Poison the City of Milwaukee by doing rotten things to good tenants! Youssef 'Joe' Berrada need to go back to Morocco where he came from and He need to go to a different city and state like California & Arizona to do this kind of stuff to people. He and Berrada Properties like to screw tenants out of their apartments! Please stay away from Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties, Because they like to screw you and cause you to lose your apartment. Do not rent to them when you come and move to Milwaukee,Wisconsin!
