Do not move into the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Because Black male tenants and Black female tenants be starting problems with good tenants inside that apartment building! The only black male tenants who be starting problems with good tenants is Clyde Davis who live in Apt 5 on the first floor and Joseph 'Joe' Bernard who live in Apt 26 on the second floor! Clyde Davis be drinking alcohol, smoking weed and selling weed,Clyde be lying,spreading rumors and talking bad things about good tenants behind their back to bad black tenants.Joseph 'Joe' Bernard be drinking alcohol,He be bullying and starting problems with good tenants on the second floor! Joseph 'Joe' Bernard started problems with Rennard Cotton,Kendall Parson, Kensha M.Gray and Aniya Jordan inside that apartment building! Berrada Properties 96 LLC won't evict Joseph and Clyde from that apartment building,Because, Brianna the the black female who be working behind the counter inside the office at 3745 West Wells Street be taking up for Joseph 'Joe' Bernard ,Clyde Davis and the other bad black tenants who be making good tenants uncomfortable inside that apartment building! Joseph and Clyde be stirring up mess and incidents on good tenants inside that apartment building.Clyde does not work, All he does is sit on his butt and watch movies from Amazon.com. He,Joe and the other black tenants be talking about Nancy Bercham a white lady who live in Apt 25 on the second floor, The black tenants be saying Nancy complains too much,Nancy lived inside the apartment building for 15 years and She knows what goes on inside that apartment building! Do not move into that apartment building,Because Clyde Davis,Joseph 'Joe' Bernard and the other black tenants will start problems with you,talk bad stuff about you inside that apartment building! They will lie,Spread bad rumors about you,Get you evicted and put out of your apartment! Stay away from that apartmernt building in the Avenues West/Merrill Park neighborhood in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Because that apartment building and that neighborhood is not worth moving into!

On December 5, 2024, Me and my son were inside my apartment,The apartment was cold,I contacted Berrada Properties and The calls were unanswered,. My wall thermometer said below 50 degrees,My apartment was cold and freezing cold, I called WTMJ 4's Jenna Rae,She was a maintenance worker and She got it back up and running, When she left my apartment, The heat got shut off! My 3 year old son shivered inside that cold cold apartment,It made me mad and upset the most. Department of Neighborhood Services (DNS) was at my apartment Thursday afternoon, A spokesperson who worked for DNS received multiple complaints about the heat! Me and the other tenant's got young kids at that apartment building, Berrada Properties is playing this sick,twisted game with me,my son and the other tenants inside that apartment building! State of Wisconsin & City of Milwaukee need to close and shut down Berrada Properties permanently,Because they are ruining,decaying and destroying Milwaukee!

Do not rent from Berrada Properties,Because they are crooked,corrupted,sick,twisted and evil! Every time when a property managment company sell their company to Berrada Properties,Bad things always happen like when they do construction inside,outside and around the apartment building! Pest infestation like mice,bugs and roaches be coming from outside, Coming inside tenants apartments through the walls and radiators. In early 2022 when Jomela Properties sold all of their apartments to Berrada Properties,At 3010,3103 and 3104 West Wells Street apartment buildings,The mice and the rats started coming inside the apartment buildings,leaving brown,dark brown droppings and biting holes through tenants clothes and other belongings! Berrada Properties don't evict tenants from the 3104 West Wells Street apartment building when the tenants be throwing their garbage in the 3103 West Wells Street apartment building causing their dumpster to overflow with garbage! When wintertime comes the tenants have no heat coming from the radiators,In December 2024,The tenants be using the space heaters and the ovens to warm up their apartment,Because Berrada don't turn on the heat inside the whole apartment building, That's when tenants turn to WTMJ 4,WITI Fox 6 and WISN 12 in Milwaukee for help against Berrada Properties! When a news reporter comes to Berrada Properties corporate office located at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, The outside front doors be locked and Black Men Security Guards be blocking the news reporters from coming inside the corporate office! Berrada Properties are evil,wicked,crooked and shady, The owner Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is making money off of poor Black people,Mexican People and Puerto Rican People! State of Wisconsin and The City of Milwaukee need to close and to shut Berrada Properties down permanently! Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent to Berrada Properties,Because they will screw you like they did the other tenants in 2022, 2023 and 2024!

When Jomela Properties sold the 3103 West Wells Street apartment building to Berrada Properties in January 2022, Berrda Properties started doing maintenance and construction around the apartment building, Rats started coming inside the apartment building and coming inside my apartment! Me, My brother Jose Baez and The other hispanic guys killed 9 rats inside my apartment, The rats chewed through my belongs and left brown/dark brown droppings on my clothing, I had to throw away my clothes, I called Berrada Properties corporate office located at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to report the rat infestation inside my apartment, Nobody did not answer my call, I left a message on Youssef 'Joe' Berrada's voicemail and Nobody never responded to my message until I called WISN 12 News and told the rat incident at my apartment at 3103 West Wells Street Apt A, The news reporter Nick Bohr came over, I showed him what the rats chewed up my dresser and a pile of dead rats. The next day Hannah Hilyard from WISN 12 News showed up to my apartment, I spoked to her at my apartment, I showed her a pile of clothes that the rats left the droppings on and I told her that the rats showed up in the bathroom and the kitchen, I was scared to go inside the bathroom and the kitchen, because of the rats. When me and my kids were sleeping in my bed, A rat crawed inside my bed, Me and Jose told Hannah Hilyard that we got to go & I'm witholding my rent from Berrada Properties. I never pay Berrada their rent, They evicted me and took me to court for non payment of rent, I lost my case against Berrada Properties 96 LLC, Now a got a 20 year eviction on my record until 2042. Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent to Berrada Propeties, Because they will screw you like they did me and the other tenants!

Rented an apartment from them and they illegally evicted us! They sent us all these notices for rent we already paid told us we had 5 days before the sheriff's show up to put us out we dropped the keys off and moved! We showed up in court with our receipts and all the notices they sent us but their greasy lawyer and the two rude uncomprehending secretaries lied to the judge and said we did not show up when we were sitting in the court room So now we got a bogus eviction on our names making it hard to rent from another place, I would not recommend renting from them. They don't answer the phones and They play stupid as well! They kicked us out of the online account but not before I screenshot all our payments comments and the letters they sent to us! Another lady who called us that works for Berrada and She was telling us not to move just pay what they want us to pay. They threatened us with the sheriffs department and They lied and said we moved out without notice. Berrada Properties and Their lawyer is shady, sick, twisted, crooked, corrupted, evil and wicked! Stay away from Berrada Properties, Because they are not worth renting to in the future!
