Berrada Properties review: No heat inside the black tenants apartment

Berrada Properties is not turning on the heat inside the Black tenants apartments, In 2022 and 2025,Berrada Properties have not been turning on Black tenants heat inside their apartments during the wintertime,Some of the Black tenants who have kids living with them inside those apartment buildings be feeling cold inside those apartment buildings! I've been watching news on Channels 4,6,12 and 58 about Black tenants not getting heat inside their apartments, The Black tenants been calling DNS (Department of Neighborhood Services) about the landlord Berrada Properties not turning on their the tenants heat! Berrada Properties want Black tenants to die and to freeze from the freezing cold weather, The best thing to do in that situation is to move out of their apartments,Because Berrada Properties don't run good apartments in Milwaukee,Wisconsin especially in the Merrill Park/Avenues West and Concordia Neighborhoods down the street from Downtown and Marquette Unitversity!The owner Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is greedy and Does not care about what happens to good tenants inside their apartment buildings that are owned by Berrada Properties.Yousesef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are nothing but pieces of trash in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! Please stay away from Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties,Do not rent to them while you are in Milwaukee,Wisconsin! Go to a different apartment building that is not associated with Berrada Properties. Berrada Properties is full of crap in Milwaukee,Wisconsin and City of Milwaukee/State of Wisconsin need to strip Youssef 'Joe' Berrada from buying anymore apartments, The City of Milwaukee & The State of Wisconsin need to shut down Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin permanently!
