Berrada Properties review: Property management like to steal tenants belongings after the apartment fire

In mid December 2025, The apartment building on 105th and Lancaster got caught on fire, Me and the other tenants were told by Berrada Properties to clean out the apartments as soon as possible following the fire! Me and the other tenants came back to the apartment building and Berrada Properties opened up the units for me and the other tenants to come in to get our belongings and recognized that my door and the other tenants doors have been demolished and My belongings and the other tenants were stolen and gone. When my belongings were stolen and gone, I filed a police report with the Milwaukee Police Department and The police told me that the proprty owner Berrada Properties entered my apartment and removed my items! They took all my TV's,living room set,dining room set,bedroom set and tools. I never signed a waiver and I provided screenshots showing messages I sent to Berrada Properties that went unanswered! I worked hard for my stuff and I worked hard for my belongings. Do not move into none of Berrada Properties apartment buildings in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Because Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are shady,crooked,corrupted and they are evil and greedy,They are cold hearted and All they care about is their money! While looking for an apartment in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Stay away from Berrada Properties permanently and Stay away from them in the future!
