Clyde Davis who lives in Apt 5 likes to drink alcohol,smoke weed, lie/spread rumors on good tenants inside that apartment building and Talking about tenants behind their back.He be having a lot of people come to his apartment to visit him,talk to him,and to buy cigarettes,alcohol and junk food from him! Royce Bernard be starting trouble,starting problems and starting fights with good tenants when they come up to the second floor inside that apartment building. Royce be sticking up for Clyde Davis and Lakish Taylor inside their apartment. Nancy Bercham who lived in that apartment building for 17 years knows about the problems inside that apartment building!
