Berrada Properties review: Please stop renting from this property management company

Please stop renting from this property management company,Because Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties is causing harm & causing danger to all good tenants inside their apartments! They own every apartment building in the Avenues West/Merrill Park and Concordia West neighborhoods. The apartment buildings are Alliance(Anchor) of Milwaukee, Jomela Properties, JT Riley Properties Optimum Property Management,Team Management and Smart Asset Reality have sold their apartments to Berrada Properties,Because,Black and White apartment managers are fed up with Black tenants complaing to them about the bad stuff that be happening inside the apartment building and outside of the apartment building! Bad things be happening at those apartment buildings like mice,rat,bugs,roaches,bedbug pest infestation,Tenants overflowing garbage dumpsters with garbage and junk, Water damage, Water coming from pipes,walls and ceilings, Tenants heat be getting cut off during the wintertime when it be cold outside! Youssef 'Joe' Berrada be going to Arizona during the wintertime to keep warm and to stay away from the cold. Beth Notolli who work at Berrada Properties corporate office won't let nobody transfer to a different apartment when something goes wrong at that person's apartment! Archie Blunt is protecting and doing Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties dirty work by protecting their reputation. Youssef 'Joe' Berrada evicted his ex wife Vikki Bearden-Berrada from one of his apartments. He uses tenants money to buy fancy cars, mortage for his big mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin, He uses tenants money to buy houses out of state,yachts,helicopters and a F16 jet plane! Do not rent to Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties, Because he and Beth Notolli will screw you out of your apartment, They are sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted, evil and wicked. Stay away from Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin. Go to a different apartment building that is not affiliated with Berrada Properties!
