Berrada Properties review: Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is making Milwaukee bad and rotten

Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are making Milwaukee sick and poisoned,Because they nave been doing good tenants wrong since 2022,2023,2024,2025 and 2026 by evicting good black tenants and good hispanic tenants from their apartments! In 2022,Berrada Properties caused the mice and rat instation in the Avenues West neighborhood,The sickness they caused was their apartment ceilings be falling down,Their apartment ceilings be failing in the hallway and The pipes be bursting and leaking with water causing water damage,They don't turn on the tenants heat when it be freezing cold outside causing a dangerous risk to the tenants and the tenants who have babies and kids! When I watch the news on Channel 4,6 and 12 about Berrada's apartments be catching on fire,It be the black tenants apartments be catching on fire and When the black tenants come to collect their items and belongings from that fire, Their important items be gone and taken like the PS5 game console,Smart Phone and other belongings! City of Milwaukee and The State of Wisconsin need to cut out the cancer (Berrada Properties) out of the City of Milwaukee.This stuff that Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are doing is sick and poisoning Milwaukee! Please stop renting to Berrada Properties,Because Berrada Properties is sick,evil,twisted,crooked,corrupted and greedy to good tenants,Youseff 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are greedy for money to buy houses,fancy cars,helicopters,F-16 jet planes,yachts and mortage for his big mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin! The city and The state need to kick,boot and chase Youssef 'Joe'Berrada and Berrada Properties out of Milwaukee,Wisconsin permanently for the evilness and the wickedness that they have been doing in the City of Milwaukee,Wisconsin! Every time when a fire break out Water pipe burst, ceiling collapsation and pest infestation in one of his apartment buildings is an unsafe living enviroment for the good innocent tenants!
