Berrada Properties review: Bad trouble at 3010 West Wells Street apartment building

The bad troublemakers are Royce Bernard and Clyde Davis are the real troublemakers at the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building! They like to start trouble and starting problems by drinking, smoking weed, lying, spreading rumors and bullying tenants. Royce be whining,complaining to Berrada Properties by having things done his way inside and outside of the apartment building! He be the one be causing problems inside and outside the apartment building, On Friday, February 25, 2022, Royce Bernard, Roc and Clyde Davis was starting trouble and starting problems by messing with Rennard Cotton who lived in Apt 6 by bullying,lying,spreading rumors on him! They had him riled and fired up, He was gonna fight Royce,Roc and Clyde inside Clyde Davis living room inside his apartment! That's why Dave McFarland who live at 2803 West Kilbourn Avenue don't like Clyde Davis,because Clyde be getting good tenants twisted at the 3010 West Wells Street apartment building and They got Rennard Cotton evicted on September 2022! Berrada Properties 96 LLC needs to evict Royce Bernard and Clyde Davis from that apartment building! Beverly Bown lied to Clyde Davis about Rennard Cottonlied and spread rumors on Rennard Cotton about the bad things that he did that he did not do! When Rennard Cotton lived at 3104 West Wells Street apartment building from February 2019 to 2021,Rennard was peaceful,quiet and minded his own business, He never got involved in tenant's problems and incidents,He never messed with nobody inside that apartment builing until Turner Scott,Beverly Bown,Mya N.Walker & her little brother started messing and irritating him and Jomela Properties would not evict them for their wrongful actions inside that apartment building! Beverly Bown by lying,snitching,blaming,framing and telling on tenants to Jomela Property Management and having things her way,by trying to take over that apartment building, She died in 2021 inside that apartment building from natural causes. Mya N Walker(Duchess) with multicolored hair was another troublemaker inside that apartment building, She always started smoking weed,drinking alcohol and liquor, She started problems and with Dominic McNutt,David Edmond,Rennard Cotton and Judith Lewandowski's boyfriend Terry inside that apartment building! That's why Dominic and Rennard moved out of that apartment building because of her crazimess, That's why Berrada Properties 96 LLC got rid of Mya N. Walker out of that apartment building, Because she's a troublemaker who like to start drama against good tenants inside that apartment building!
