Berrada Properties have been evicting a lot of Black People and Hispanic People, Every time when I go to the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access website every month and type Berrada Properties # LLC and It will show you a whole list of Black People and Hispanic People getting evicted and who got evicted, Black People and Hispanic People be getting evicted for not paying the rent and for not paying the rent on time. It started from 2022,2023,2024 and 2025 in Milwaukee's Avenue West,Merrill Park and Concordia neighborhoods. State of Wisconsin needs to get rid of Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties out of Milwaukee,Wisconsin permanently! Stay away from Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Do not rent to him, Because Youssef "Joe" Berrada will use your rent money to buy fancy cars,houses,yachts,helicopters and a mortage for his big mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin!
