Rent-A-Center review: TV

I have rented from rent a center since 2018 and I have paid off 3 different item at 3 different times. Now last item bought wasnt mine however was living in my home so they said they needed it my name with it being my home and a previous renter. They made payments now initial payment was suppose to be monthly however the lady didn't enter it as such so 3 weeks he was late and we told them it was monthly cause income was social security. Since then it has been paid off. Other payment history was my son who they knew had items they charged gisbcars but at time was able to get account on his own. Now his payments his business just my account. I go to get my self a tv cause everyone has moved out just me I get approved online with a dollar amount I sign agreement I sat up the delivery. Come delivery day no tv I called they said oh well we didn't get the updated information we tried calling you I said it updated on website. So after the 2 update he says due to payment history uf your references check out then we can rent to you I said wait what I said I already signed my paper work and those other 2 wasn't kine so how can I be held for theirs and one paid his off. I dad so basically your telling me I have 3 approvals to ho through after I have already signed my agreement and was approved online with a amount he said yes that corporate level approval we have in store as well and given the history I said what history I paid off 3 items personally my ex roommate just did a washer and the late payments are them he said technically I am not to rent to you. Knowing I wasn't one rented it they was just living in my home at time.
