Sklum From my personal experience I would advise potential clients to avoid sklum at all costs!

From my personal experience I would advise potential clients to AVOID SKLUM AT ALL COSTS! These guys do not replace or reimburse you when they sell you defective products!

I bought 2 EXTERNAL garden armchairs at 190€ each advertised as FOR the GARDEN. After less than 1 year one of them has broken due to bad quality wood in 2 places. Their reaction? To immediately blame me and try and tell me that they are not guaranteed as they were exposed to the weather.

FIRSTLY, they have only been exposed to indirect weather as they are on a terrace that has an overhang.

SECONDLY, in the description of the product they are described MANY times as being suitable for the garden and there is absolutely no mention of protecting them from the elements!

Don't go near this company. It's a shame as they have nice looking furniture but they refuse to provide the sort of after sales service you would expect for the prices you pay!

Recommendation: Don't trust them!

Sklum Disappointing Experience with Sklum: Poor Delivery, Inconvenience, and Nonexistent Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Sklum, hoping for a top-notch service that would match the quality of the product. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the delivery took longer than the time frame mentioned on the website. This was quite frustrating as I had planned my schedule around the expected delivery date.

To make matters worse, Sklum failed to inform me that the delivery service I had chosen would only drop off the 240kg cupboard at my doorstep and would not help me carry it upstairs. This was a major inconvenience as I live on the third floor of an apartment building. As a result, I had to hire a lift, which cost me an additional ?100. This was a significant unexpected expense that I had not budgeted for.

To add insult to injury, I tried to contact Sklum's customer service number to express my dissatisfaction, but to my surprise, the number did not exist. This was extremely frustrating as I wanted to voice my concerns and seek a resolution to my problem.

Overall, my experience with Sklum was disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The lack of communication and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their services in the future to avoid similar situations for other customers.

Sklum Disappointing Delivery Experience with Sklum: A Review

I recently had an experience with Sklum that left me feeling quite disappointed. I ordered a new sofa from their website and was excited to receive it. However, when the delivery man arrived, things quickly went downhill.

Firstly, the delivery man refused to carry the sofa up to my flat, leaving me and my family to do it ourselves. This was quite frustrating, as we had paid for delivery and expected the item to be brought to our door.

But the worst part was yet to come. After delivering the sofa, the delivery man proceeded to throw away two large wood pallets right in front of our building door. When we asked him why he did this, he simply said that he didn't have room for them in his truck.

Needless to say, this was not the kind of service I was expecting from Sklum. When I contacted them to complain, they admitted that the delivery man had made a mistake, but they refused to do anything about it.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Sklum if you value good customer service and a hassle-free delivery experience. If you're looking for some extra construction materials or a bit of a workout, then maybe give them a try. But for anything else, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Sklum Total Letdown: Sklum's Unresponsive Scamming Leaves Customers Frustrated

I gotta say, Sklum is a total letdown. I ordered some stuff on December 20th and it's been a total nightmare. They said everything was in stock and would ship within 48-72 hours, except for one item which would take 6-7 days. Well, it's been way longer than that and nothing has shipped yet. I tried messaging them to get an update on my order and they haven't even bothered to respond. I can see that they received my message because it's in the Messages section of my order, but no response. What a bunch of unresponsive scammers!

It's a shame because their website looks really nice and they have some cool products, but it's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time or money on these guys.

Sklum Unreliable Inventory and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Sklum

I recently had an experience with Sklum, an online store that sells furniture and home decor items. I was in need of a new set of plates and decided to order from them on May 3rd, 2022. The website mentioned that the plates were out of stock at the moment and would be delivered in June. I was okay with waiting, but unfortunately, the plates were not delivered in June as promised.

I reached out to their customer service team, and they kept pushing the delivery dates further and further. First, it was supposed to be delivered on June 11th, then July 5th, then August 4th, and finally, August 28th. I was frustrated with the constant delays and lack of communication from their end.

After contacting customer service again in August, they assured me that the plates were in stock and would be dispatched soon. However, I received another email after the supposed dispatch date claiming that they didn't have stock again. I felt like they were just playing games with me and didn't care about my order.

Overall, my experience with Sklum was not a good one. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. They do not seem to have their inventory under control, and their customer service is not helpful. If you're looking for a reliable online store, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Sklum Horrible Customer Service Experience with Sklum - No Instructions Provided for Cupboard/Shelf

I recently purchased a cupboard/shelf from Sklum and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was absolutely horrible. The item arrived on October 21st, but to my dismay, it came without any instructions. I immediately contacted their customer service via chat, but to my disappointment, they informed me that they had to contact the manufacturer and would send me the instructions in 10 days.

Ten days passed and I was still left without any instructions. I tried to chat with them again, but to my surprise, the chat button was no longer there. I then filled out a contact form, but to no avail, as I received no response. I was left with no other option but to send an email to them, which they received and replied with "we will forward this to our team."

It is now December 7th, and I am still left without any instructions on how to put together this item. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and I will never shop with them again. I have also made sure to tell all my friends and family not to use them. It's a shame because they have nice stuff, but their lack of customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Sklum Terrible Service and Delivery: My Experience with Sklum

I gotta say, my experience with Sklum was not the best. Like seriously, it was the worst service I ever had to encounter ever. I ordered a sofa from them in the beginning of January and boy oh boy, did they mess it up. The wrong sofa was delivered to me and I had to pay extra to get it delivered to my flat because they only deliver to the door of the house. Can you believe that? I mean, what kind of service is that?

When I realized that they delivered the wrong item, I contacted them and they said they'll call the logistics company to pick it up. But guess what? They said it 7 times more for every email I ever sent. Not a single time was I contacted by the logistics company. I mean, come on, how hard is it to pick up a wrong item and deliver the right one? It's not rocket science.

To make matters worse, they said that the item would only be picked up from the door downstairs. And for me, a girl living alone, that would mean I have to pay again for someone to bring it downstairs for something I didn't want and was not my fault! So basically, I would pay twice for having a huge ugly box laying in my flat for almost two months now with shorty service and no guarantees that it will be picked up at all. I mean, what kind of customer service is that?

At this point, I just want to get rid of the thing and get my money back. I mean, I don't want to deal with this kind of service anymore. It's just not worth it. So if you're thinking of ordering from Sklum, think twice. Trust me, you don't want to go through what I went through.

Sklum Disappointing Experience with SKLUM: Poor Quality and Non-Existent Customer Service

I recently had an experience with SKLUM that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I made the decision to purchase a sofa from their website (reference IIXMFXZBB) and unfortunately, the base arrived broken. Not only that, but the material used to make the sofa is incredibly difficult to clean.

The white cushions are filled with a pink substance, which seems to seep through the material when attempting to clean it. This resulted in a large pink and green stain that I simply cannot remove. I have been trying to resolve this issue with SKLUM since November, and it has been four long months of chasing a company that seems to have no interest in keeping their customers happy.

Despite their promises of a refund, I have yet to receive a return label. I have called them multiple times to remind them of the issue, but nothing seems to happen. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

I urge anyone considering purchasing from SKLUM to think twice. The quality of their products is questionable, and their customer service is non-existent. I regret my decision to order from them and hope that others can learn from my mistake.

Sklum Terrible Customer Service and Broken Product: Review of Menfis Teak TV Stand

This company is not good. I ordered the Menfis Teak TV Stand and it was not good. The first one was broken and I had to send it back. The second one was also broken and I tried to send it back but it was too broken to put together.

The customer service is only open on Monday from 9am to 4pm and Friday from 9am to 2pm. I got the TV stand on Friday at 8pm and the next Monday was a holiday so I couldn't call. I tried to email and do the online return but it didn't work.

When I called on Friday they said they couldn't take the return.

When I wrote a review saying this, they said it was my fault for not returning it in the 48 hour window.

I tried to contact them in every way but they were only available on certain days and if it was a holiday you couldn't contact them.

This company is not good.

Now I have a broken piece of furniture that I paid 269 Euro for.

Sklum Sklum Review: Slow Return Process and Deceptive Customer Service

So, I recently made a purchase from Sklum and unfortunately, one of the cabinets I ordered arrived broken. I was pretty disappointed, but I knew that these things happen sometimes. I sent them some photos of the damage and started the process to get it returned.

I have to say, the process was a bit slow. It took a whole month for me to hear back that my return was accepted. I know their guarantee is 14 days for returns, but with the whole covid situation going on, I guess we can be a bit flexible.

Anyway, during that month, I had nowhere to put my plates, so I decided to set up the broken furniture. I even recorded a phone call with Sklum where they acknowledged that it was a perfectly reasonable thing to do given the wait time.

A month later, I got in touch with them again to find out why it was taking so long. They asked for some pictures of the cabinet set up with the hole so they could find a solution. But then, they denied my claim, saying that since it was set up, they were no longer responsible.

I was pretty upset about this. They had assured me that my claim was accepted and that I could set up the cabinet, but then they turned around and denied my claim. It felt like they purposely deceived me in order to make it impossible for me to return the cabinet.

To make matters worse, I spent 350 euros on this cabinet, and now it has a massive hole in the side. I'm not going to let this go, though. I know that Sklum is going against EU consumer protection laws, and I'm going to continue to follow through until I get the resolution I deserve.

Sklum Disappointing Experience with SKLUM: Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on SKLUM, ordering 4 Rattan High Stools with the order number DJYDNPXUT. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Firstly, I had to wait for over 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, despite not being informed of any delays. When the items finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the packaging was broken and one of the leg protectors was missing. But the biggest issue was that the seats delivered were for a garden chair range and not the correct stool chairs I had ordered. This meant that they were completely useless and did not fit on the stool legs.

I immediately contacted SKLUM via email, providing photographic evidence of the issue and politely requesting that they either deliver the correct parts within a week or refund me in full. I even asked for confirmation of receipt and action by the following day as the request was time-sensitive. However, I did not receive any response from them.

The next day, I decided to call SKLUM on their quoted phone number to follow up on my request. Unfortunately, the person who answered the call informed me that I had to go through a complicated claims process to get the issue resolved. They did not acknowledge the mess they had made of my order or show any willingness to rectify the situation. Instead, they asked me to complete an online form, which duplicated all the information I had already provided, and wait for 3-5 working days for a response.

I was extremely frustrated with this response, especially since I had offered to have the correct items delivered by the end of the week. However, SKLUM did not take me up on this offer, and I am now stuck with two extra-large boxes full of completely useless furniture that I did not order. This is particularly frustrating since the stools cost a considerable amount of money, and I need to order replacements from elsewhere urgently.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is the responsibility of the service provider to acknowledge and rectify them quickly. SKLUM's complete lack of cooperation and poor customer service culture have left me extremely disappointed. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with others who value decent customer service. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Sklum There is zero customer service and impossible to telephone

I’m an interior designer 2nd time using sklum. This time I needed to return 2 stools as they were grey in colour instead of white.

The rug looked not anything as nice as in the photo. Simple you would think to do a return, but after emails nearly daily for a month. I have these items in the corner of my office and I want them gone and my money back.

I filled in their return forms umpteen times and they accepted the photos took my bank details and I was expecting a refund but they keep sending same emails like a robot is sending them.

There is absolutely no customer service. No phone number to get through on. Shocking!

Sklum Terrible Experience with Sklum: Damaged Chair, Poor Quality, and Unhelpful Customer Service

is just unacceptable. I ordered a chair from Sklum and it arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. They even accused me of causing the damage myself! It was a nightmare trying to get a refund or replacement.

But that's not all. The quality of the chair was also very poor. It was flimsy and uncomfortable to sit on. I felt like I wasted my money on a cheaply made product.

And don't even get me started on the shipping. It took forever for my order to arrive, and when it did, it was in terrible condition. The packaging was torn and the chair was just thrown in there without any care.

Overall, I would not recommend Sklum to anyone. Their website is full of lies and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Sklum Terrible Experience with Sklum: Crooked and Wobbly Table, Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with Sklum was pretty terrible. I ordered a table from them and when it arrived, it was all messed up. It was crooked and wobbly, and just not stable at all. I reached out to them right away to let them know what was going on and sent them all the evidence I had, but they're just dragging their feet and not doing anything about it.

Honestly, I feel like Sklum is totally violating my rights as a customer. They're not following their own return policy and it just feels like they're trying to scam me. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

I hope it reached to somebody who is working in Sklum. I ordered already two months ago, and I still am not sure if they are going to deliver them. Their communication is so bad, and email reply also takes few weeks to get reply. There is also no customer call number at the moment. Can someone let me know where to contact?
