Rent-A-Center review: Service

I own rental located at, 22643 E 790 Road, Welling, Ok. 74471. The refrigerator located in the rental belonged to me. Around January 17, 2023 the refrigerator quit working. It was a side by side stainless about 5 years old. I paid a repairman $93.25 to diagnose the problem. It was determined the control panel was out. In addition I paid him $332.78 to order parts and to repair. I decided to have it repaired for resale since it was approximately a $2,000 unit. The tenant the ordered a refrigerator from RENT-A CENTER in Tahlequah, Ok. The delivery guys took it upon their self to move it outside. In the process, they cause considerable damage to the refrigerator. The dents and other damages caused about $300 decreased value. I have taken pictures to the store manager and sent several text messages without any response. I expect someone to contact me in order to resolve, beside going to court. I would like a copy of your liability insurance and the address of your service agent if we cannot come to some agreement. Please reply. Thank you.
