Rent-A-Center review: Refrigerator

Some time in February of this year I selected a refrigerator from Rent-A-Center on 2240 Pine Avenue Niagara Falls NY 14301. After receiving the refrigerator I noticed it had no drawers for the vegetables which usually sits at the bottom of the refrigerator. It also has visible rust not much but noticable. It was advertised as Brand New. I asked multiple times for the missing drawers on several occasions, both in person and over the phone but still nothing. They keep saying it's on its way. They are waiting for it. I told them they could swap it for a full refrigerator at the same price but they stated the drawers would be in. And it's has now been 4 months and still no replacement or even the drawers. They gave me a set of drawers but they didn't fit. After a week or two, I returned the drawers that would not fit and has not been notified or given the option to swap out. I don't want to pay full price for part of a product. And it's now breach of contract and fraud. I did not get what I'm paying for or what had been advertised.
