I have recharge my Reliance mobile from HDFC Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount in my mobile. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had denied saying that there were no such transaction happened on that respective date. Even they are not ready to note down the complaint for the same.

They all are getting training to make Fake Statement saying that "Our System do not showing any such transaction". Just Guess if there system showing wrong transaction, think about there representative, how could they says correct statement.

why RELIANCE WEB at (22, kailmatiroad, sakchi, jamshedpur-831001. MOB. NO. [protected]).

I am using RIM from last one years. But now a days the service of RIM is going poor and poorer everyday. ONE MONTH ago i have logged a complaint in my nearest RELIANCE WEB WORLD situated at ( 22, kailmati road, sakchi, jamshedpur-831001. MOB. NO. [protected]) of MY BALANCE deduction.As a remidial measure they have deactivated my caller tunes without my permission. I tried to get my desired caller tunes from R-WORLD but a message of system failure is sent back to me in reply. I asked RELIANCE WEB WORLD to solve my problem but they are harrassing me from past one month. Everytime when i go to the WEB WORLD EXPRESS they ask me to log another complaint. Till now i have logged almost 5 complaints but nothing had been done by them. I want you to look into my matter as soon as possible . Please ensure that the customers are not being harrassed by the RELIANCE WEB WORLD staff.This is nothing but the matter of fraud with the customers by opening a customer care center only to log problem but, never solved then why RELIANCE WEB WORLD situated at ( 22, kailmati road, sakchi, jamshedpur-831001. MOB. NO. [protected])

i need call detial my brother he call some durty friends so i need that number becouse he deleted from her phone so what shall i do now. he started drink, some other activity like durg tabe ect..
many time i tried to see number but i can't he delete from call list so what shall i do.

rim is the WORST service provider.
no food total network...
no water total network...
no air total network...
its jus dat wen we hav all dese ders no network...!
dey barr ur outgoin uselessly dat too at midnite n den ask u 2 contact "rel. customer care" which again impossible in 7 lives.
i think its nt dat hard 4 dem 2 undrstand y dey r losing it.

Among so many other service providers, Reliance is comparatively very very costly for PREPAID users.

And has a very very pathetic and careless 'customer care people'. Even if you talk to their managers they will do NOTHING... they will only FOOL YOU telling any wrong rules which you have never heard/read before, and which are totally against any norms of mobile services.

But people, like me, who want to just continue their mobile number for years, so that all their distant friends could keep in touch, and, so that they could retain their mobile number as their identity... they suffer huge loss and inconvenience and headache because of Reliance customer care's poor poor pathetic service.

Moreover, They take such high service charges over prepaid cards. This feels like cheating.
Again the high call rates.

my reliance prepaid no. [protected]. saturday i call to my friend by mistake press star button. they cut my balance 15rs for caller tune. customer care say star button for copy. this is chet by reliance. many customer dont know star button for copy

I Think reliance india mobil is not good for us, bcoz any service is activated own and deducted money on our account.When we asked any question's coustemrer executives then they given fool like owl.

I have been with Reliance Network since last one & half year. In start, service was good but since last few days their customer care people are not providing the good service . They don't have the full information.Due to their poor service I had to lose my 1000 rs. feature coopan.Why are they sitting there if they don't have the correct information.Reliance should kik these people out of the company as they are not able to gratificate to the customer .
Reliance customer care is providing completely wrong information to their customer.

I have a prepaid RIM connection.My number is [protected].
The connection is on Life -Time basis.
But whenever I recharge my Cell Phone with rechagre voucher, I receive confirmation of sum up balance of carry forward amount and the amount awarded against the recharge voucher.

Astonishingly, within next 1/2 days the balance amount comes down drastically, though I do not operate R World nor I avails or responce to the unlimited offers everyday through SMS by Relience.

Now, whenever I want to contact Customer Care, either I do not get the connection resulting 'Customer Care is busy now' or they artistically avoid answaring the complaints.

I suffered huge loss of Talk vale for last 3/4 months and I believe Relience invented a scientific way to steal money fron it's valued customers.

I really do not want to disconnect Relience, but want a permanent satisfactory solution against the cheat.

Someone please provide me the exact contact details where from I will get immediate response and faster action, so that I get back the proper output for the invested hard-earned money to Relience Mobile.

For about two months whenever I recharge my RIM with Rs. 201/- the amount is being deducted speedily although I use mobile oftenly. Kindly check whether any facilty has been activated. If so, kindly deactivate all the facilities or the ringtone, if any, downloaded in my mobile. I want to limit my mobile only for incoming and outgoing calls. Pl. do it immediately.

Reliance has the worst customer service. My mobile service was stopped yesterday and till now i am not able to connect to customer service to complaint the same.

I am sabita sahoo .2nd may I recharged through ICIC online banking of RS 875 for relience india card.But after 2 day I got a msg and that total RS 628 amount i got regarding main balance.
When I am aking the same to Relince cusomer care they are not responding anything.

I couln't agree more. Reliance isn't at all reliable. There are countless complaints against this company. However I would suggest another provider, G3 Telecom. They have much lower rates and better customer service.

i am long time rim pre paid user. But one month before i am taken your Life Time Plan. My mobile No. is [protected].

I am suffering for some problem. my phone is Life Time But do not call to other phone .so says to " there is resume service Please contact to customer service" I am going to Reliance Authorised Center say to me you go ur phone is ok within two days , but here above passed two month but do not solve my problem.

Your Reliance Authorise center (Pratapgarh U.P.) do not co operate with reliance customer. he say to me you go and complaint me .

Sir such behave is not good to reliance company.

If possible then ok my phone otherwise ok

I am master rohan d .kini staying at vasai in village nirmal,My complain is that i have a reliance mobile and reliance fixed wireless phone and in our area there are many reliance connection but still there is not a single tower of network in our area.when we have to call some one then we have to come outside of our houses or go to the top of terrace where we catch the network,Please find solution to our problem.

This is Ali Abbas from Pune. On 23/1/2008 I purchased a postpaid connection and a new handset (motorzr v3m)
From Reliance Wed World (swojas complex,parihar chowk,pune411007. The person who was standing at the sales counter was not having
any knowledge of cdma sets and but anyhow he managed to put in the battery and the memory card
In the set. The time i came back home i tried to play some songs in my set but it wasn’t
Supporting the memory card so next day (24/1/2008) I went back to the web world and told them
about my problem so they asked me to meet the manager but the manager was bzy in his chit-chat
So i waited there for about 35 minutes and then left. On [protected] i went back again and this time i asked them
to de-activate my number so they asked me to go to service center of Motorola so i went there as well.
i got my set checked and Motorola people asked me to leave the set for 3-4 weks coz they will send the set to
Mumbai to get it repaired, but why should i suffer for the problem created from the web world side
So I came back to the web world.then the manager over there started misbehaving with me and throwed a
Number cancellation form on me. This is coz of only 1 reason that i am not marathi and he know i cant do anything

My brother had purchased a Classic 731 handset on 27/10/2007 and couldn't use it for even a month . I am now having to run from the Service Centre to the Web World Express Shop and again from the Web World Express Shop to the Service Centre . They are refusing to replace the handset after failing to repair it . The Customer Care persons are saying that they are helpless . I have no option left except filing a case in the District Consumer Court .

Iam using Reliance Phone for last 4 years and now Iam facing problem regarding Reliance India Card recharge voucher.I have recharge my phone with Rs 875 voucher in which STD calling after 11pm to 7am is free to any reliance phone.
But from last 2 days all my balance got cut even though I called after 11pm and on reliance number.I have registered a complain but that also is of no use it seems ,so please let me know what should I do to solve this problem.

I lossed my mobile after which i blocked the out going facility through custemer care. Then after 10 days , i brought one more CDMA handset and requested to to retain the old number. After submitting all the documents , they told that it will be activated with in 3 hours. But still after 5 days it is inactive. It is just cheating the custemers and harassing and humaliating people. This is the worst services provided by Relliance. On this regard, i wanted to give a honour of Number one frud in all over the world to Reliance india Mobile .
Please be aware of this frud company

The tariff is very high for poor customers like me. eg:- to make mobile calls at 0.50ps/minute, Vodafone needs easy charge of Rs.49/-,Airtel Rs. 65/- but Reliance need Rs.99/- (ie,hundred rupees),quiet unfordable.To call at Rs.1/minute,Airtel need an easy charge of Rs.21/- but Reliance need Rs.33/- .Another thing is that service providers like Vodafone,Idea,Airtel etc. send a free message after every outgoing call indicating the last call charge and the available balance . In BSNL & Airtel a unique facility is provided ( Dial *123# ) to check the balance instantly. But in Reliance though it is free a customer need to call *367 or *225(usually will not respond).When top up Card of Rs.56/- is bought from BSNL, we get a talk time of Rs.50/- ( Rs.6/- is service tax ), but for a recharge of Rs.50/- a talk time worth only Rs.40.5 is given by Reliance .Please be more customer friendly- being the richest provider in this sector..Thank you.
