Rehlat Flight booking

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the services provided by Rehlat, an online platform for flight bookings. And my book Id is 65797.

Earlier today, I attempted to purchase a flight ticket through their website. The speed at which the booking was processed was extremely slow, causing much inconvenience and concern about their system's efficiency and reliability.

More worryingly, I have noticed some suspicious activity on the credit card that I used for this transaction. This raises a serious concern that my credit card information may have been compromised or leaked, potentially due to this booking on Rehlat's platform.

Given these circumstances, I strongly demand an immediate and full refund for the ticket purchased. I will not accept any additional charges or fees arising from this situation, as the issues encountered are not due to any fault of my own, but appear to be a result of poor service and potential security breaches on Rehlat's platform.

I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and seriously. If the refund is not processed within the next 14 days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further and consider taking legal action.

I strongly advise others to be aware of the potential issues with Rehlat's services, particularly regarding slow processing times and potential security concerns. It is my hope that publicizing this experience can prevent others from encountering similar issues and that it will prompt Rehlat to take urgent action to rectify these problems.

Rehlat Boking flight ticket and ticket is not book and refund is not coming

Dear sir,

I want to complain against ticket boking company Rehlat,

Regarding to Rehlat Team 30 to 40 working days money will be refund and also they said 3 to 4 banking days means total 44 working days my money is in my bank account.

But until today is you giving date is finished so please highly request to update me regarding my refund status.

I request you to please update on my refund status of my boking id 4527745.

And also I make many emails but rehlatis not reply my emails.

Rehlat Fake Hotel booking

I booked a hotel for my mother through rehlat, dates June 23rd-26th, and upon arrival, the hotel had never received the booking and had never heard of this website. I have been emailing them for 2 weeks and asking for an immediate refund but I always receive the same automated reply and no resolution. They don’t pick up the phone. My poor mum had her dream holiday booked and it’s truly heartbreaking to receive such appalling treatment…

I will continue to fight until this is resolved.

Avoid Rehlat at all costs. I have been telling all the travellers around me.

Desired outcome: Full refund for the booking - a compensation for all this disaster and all the time spent chasing them would be appreciated.

Rehlat Flights

I have booked with them, and the trip was not confirmed, and I contacted them then they sent me this back with the following emails:

1-Ticket Confirmation in Progress

We have received a payment of SAR 2051.92 towards your booking ID: 4611154. However, the confirmation from the airline is pending.

Usually, it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes. We appreciate your patience.

We will mail you the ticket on confirmation. You can also check the latest updates in the ‘My Trips’ section on the app or website.

For any further assistance, please feel free to contact us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

2- Dear Guest,

Thank you for contacting Rehlat Support team!

Due to some technical & fare issues, we have canceled your ticket and processed it for refund. The refund amount of _____1991.92 SAR _____ will be processed within 2-3 working days from our end and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum as per your respective airline refund credit timelines.

Rehlat Unpaid refund

Date booked 20/04/2023

I booked accommodation only and received my confirmation email on the same day. A couple of days later I received an email asking for me to email them a copy of my passport & bank card to enable them to confirm my booking. Obviously I refused as this could open myself up to scammers. I sent them a copy of the original confirmation from themselves & after many days of refusing their request they confirmed my booking.

On the 05/05/2023 I received another email saying my accommodation had to be cancelled due to hotel closure, they offered me other accommodation or a cancellation free of charge, as I was traveling as a group, I chose the cancellation free of charge.

I was told I would receive my refund in 10/15 working days.

We are now 01/07/2023 and I still haven’t received my refund even though after many many many emails asking what the delay is, telling them I have a flight booked 15/07/2023 and still no accommodation as I need my refund to repurchase. Their so called “customer service” have been giving me the run around for almost 8weeks now, saying the same thing all the time, my refund has been sent to Accounts/finance department with high priority and I will be contacted shortly, but not heard a thing..

I have asked for an email address for management or accounts/finance department but nothing.

I have sent over 100 emails and I am still no further in getting my refund.

I don’t know what to do now, this matter is causing massive anxiety & stress. I will probably lose my flight, transfers,holiday insurance & annual holiday!

I feel they have scammed me of over £1,200.00 that I certainly cannot afford…

Desired outcome: Full refund before 15/07/2023Or I will lose the whole holiday

Now 9 weeks in and still no further than I was on week 1!

So frustrating and mentally exhausting.

My flight leaves a week today and still no accommodation!

Help@Rehlat absolutely disgusting, useless & very very unhelpful.

Rehlat Hotel booking which was never confirmed but money was taken from my account

I booked a hotel on June 8 and the money was deducted from my account, but they could not confirm the booking because suddenly the room became more expensive. They asked me to pay more to get the room confirmed but after 2 hours calling them and waiting, I requested a refund.

They promised to refund in 10-12 business days. We are now June 28 and still no refund on my account. They keep answering my mail by the same answer that they will check with accounting and get back to me, but they never do.

Rehlat Flights no refunded (Refund for BID-10643/CO/Spirit Airlines)

Good afternoon,

I’ve sent a lot of emails and even called last week and 2 days ago and I still haven’t been refunded.

I still haven't been refund from the flights I had book on April 18th, it was a flight from Baltimore airport to Fort Lauderdale Airport with a stop at Atlanta, and of course the flight from Fort Lauderdale to Baltimore from may 12th to may 14th.

Due to technical issues from the website, the money has been charged, 168.67 USD, but I received an email (see picture) about a refund because it didn´t worked. It´s been way more than 44 days since April 18th and I still didn´t get my refund.

I would like you to take care of that as soon as possible and give me my money back.

Rehlat Ticket refund

I booked a return ticket for Jeddah-Lucknow-Jeddah in June 2022. I travelled from Jeddah to Lucknow on 26 June, 2022, but my return flight for LKO-JED on 17 August was cancelled by Air India Express. There was no other available flight from Air India Express, so I came back with Saudi Airlines, as it was urgent.

Upon officially compaining to Air India and Rehlat, Air India made a reiumbursement to Rehlat of AED 1,002 on Sept. 14, 2022 for my return ticket.

Rehlat confirmed receiving this amount and still hasn't refunded my amount as of today June 22, 2023

Rehlat I’m complaining about My ticket refund money

I am writing this letter to bring your attention...

I booked a flight ticket with Rehlat to attend funeral service for my brother. When I reached the airport they noticed that Rehlat was not issued the ticket but they deducted the whole amount of ticket money from my account and they did not allowed me to travel. At the same time I received a mail from their office your ticket has been cancelled with out any information. So I contacted Rehat customer service immediately, they said we will refund your full amount with in 20-27 days and also received the mail mentioning the same message. Since that time every day am contacting Rehlat customer service and telling that you will be notified with in 24-48 hours, but till this time not credited the amount. I also sending mail everyday , they did not reply.

Rehlat Hotel booking refund number rae1926348 and rae 1926244.

Hi,

I had booked Golden Tulip Media Hotel in Dubai via Rehlat in April 2023 . It was two bookings

Details of booking were as below

Booking ID: Rae1926348 and Rae 1926244.

I had to cancel the booking in a free cancellation period through Rehlat website and confirmed by phone call. I was supposed to get full refund for cancellation as mentioned in booking information receipt of hotel.

Rehlat, on 10th May, 2023, send an email to me and assured that my refund will be processed in 10-12 days and opened the following ticket .

Ticket No. 1120338"

Please find below the email of Rehlat to my agent after cancellation of booking.

"On Wed, Feb 15, 2023 at 2:43 PM Rehlat wrote:

Dear Customer,

Please accept our apologies once for any inconvenience caused. Your hotel booking has been cancelled and a full refund will be initiated for the amount of 2,482,95 AED & 1,738,068 AED for booking I'd Rae 1926348 & Rae 1926244 ,Which will be credited to your respective bank account with in 10-15 business days.

* The service fee of 3,2 % is a Non-refundable booking fee and pricedropsavings Adfon (Non Refundable)

I contacted them several time after passing of deadlines and they kept assuring me of refund with new extended deadlines.

5 of June 2023,I checked my Hehlat account and found out that they changed status of by booking as not refundable. They was taken all amount for booking Rae 1926244 as a cancellation fee. And 13 of June they changed status of my second booking Rae1926348 as non refundable. I’m totally shocked. I have all emails and as well a screenshot of previous status I did 10.05.2023. I have not received my refund and Rehlat is no more responding to my emails either. I will add photos here as a proof of their fraudulent action.

I request Rehlat to refund me my amount or else I will initiate legal action against them for fraudulent practices.

My experience how to get money back.

I called to my bank and explained them situation in July 10 , I provided them all screenshots of rehalat mails. Bank started a dispute with rehalat July 14 and dispute has been resolved in my favor September 8. I hardly recommend all customers who had the similar problem with a hotel booking refund, to collect all evidence of rehalat fraudulent attitude and call to your bank from which card a transaction was done. I hope you will get a refund soon.

Rehlat Fraud during flight booking through Rehlat.com

Do not book any flights or hotels through the Rehlat app or website. They are tremendous liars. On June 8, 2023, I purchased a ticket from Kuwait to Mumbai for June 23, 2023. However, at the same time, they removed my money and only one booking id was created. I haven't received a phone call or a letter in the last seven days.

I'm terribly upset since I don't have enough money to travel to India. Rehlat fabricated all of the favorable reviews on this page. As a result, please do not do any transition on Rehlat and kindly advise your dears not to fall victim to this fraud. Please share this word on social media so that no one falls victim to this fraud.

Rehlat Not refunding the charged amount of Credit Card for failed hotel booking

BEWARE of Rehlat. They charge your card (and not hold) even when hotel bookings is not successful.

They showed a very nice price for Dubai hotel but when I booked they sent a email saying "We have noticed that your recent hotel reservation at XXXX Dubai XXXX was unsuccessful. We have received your payment of AED 7589.07 towards the said transaction. This could have happened due to a temporary problem.". They then asked to wait for 30mins in the same email. After sometime I received a email saying "We regret to inform you that we couldn't confirm your hotel booking due to the Fair price increase with the difference of 1500 AED. Do let us know if you want to pay the additional amount to send you a manual payment link.".

Then I asked for refund immediately as the booking price made no sense to me and have been waiting to get my money back since 2 weeks. Have reminded them many times but the same standard reply that we are getting the refund processed. Also when I saw the amount charged to my card it was AED7903.25.

Rehlat it seems scams people by charging their cards for services not provided and also charges additional charges without authorisation. It is most unreliable and useless travel site and their modus operandi is to show/ advertise low prices and then charge your credit card and then not provide the booking or increase the price of the booking on any pretext.

Normally travel sites block the amount on the card, but Rehlat charged my card for more then authorised, even when the booking did not go through. Have been following with them from 24th April till 15th June 2023 (nearly 50days) and still the same standard reply from them.

have no other option but to wait and then perhaps file a consumer complaint with the Dubai's Department of Economy & Tourism as rehlat also seems to be registered in UAE at Internet City. Still waiting with hope that they will process the refund. My Booking ID was RCO1887016.

Desired outcome: Please arrange to refund the full amount of AED7903.25 charged for not providing the booking

I had already raised dispute on the charge with my bank and they are still to respond as this takes 3+months to get a reply and then 6 month to get your refund if the card company feels that our case is genuine. But dispute is registered

Keeping my fingers crossed and writing every week to Rehlat to refund and still getting the same answer. So unresolved.

These guys have been doing this with everyone it seems and no one seems to care as the amount involved is small and legal action will cost money. I am not getting time to make complaint with the Dubai Govt. But one of these days will be writing to them on this fraud going on.

Rehlat Hotel Cancelation refund Pending- After 18 weeks

Hello

I cancelled my two hotel bookings more than 18 weeks before ( 1st Feb-2023 ), however still my refunds were not credited. I raised few queries via mail / Phone , but there were no solutions except refund will be credited soon by finance dept.

Can you please investigate this one?

Rehlat A hotel booking

I have booked a room for 2 nights in dusit d2 kenz hotel, dubai through rehlat.com, the booking was to be from 8/5/2023 to 10/8/2023 and was done on 7/5/2023 under this hotel ref number: [protected] and rehlat ref number: RCO1978425, and the total amount was 51.204 OMR (please refer to the first attached photo).

when i arrived to the hotel they have told me that the booking was not there and i had to book and pay again throuth the hotel site, and at the meantime i sent an email to rehlat to let them know about the issue through [protected]@rehlat.com and they have confirmed that the booking was unsuccessful and a full refund will be credited to my bank account in 10 to 15 working days (please refer to the second attached photo), but received nothing from them tell today and i have sent them several emails asking about the refund and the only answer i always got was that my refund was in process and i would be notefied once it was done, i finally realized that they were not going to refund that money because if they were to do so, the money should not take much time to be refunded.

now i need your help please to solve this issue and get my money back, so do you think you can help?! and if you have any questions regarding the issue please contact me at ([protected]@hotmail.com) or at (+[protected]).

Rehlat Hotel reservation.

I cancelled the reservation and its been three months already, i have not received my refund yet. I reached out to customer service team and they says the request has been created and someone from the team will reach me back but they never do. Its really frustrating..! We made a booking with Rehlat in MARCH 16 (booking #RGL1640631) and cancelled the reservation on MARCH 25 and i have received an email that cancellation request was received (ticket number 1135233). We called they said they couldn’t retrieve the ticket hence promised us they’ll be processed within 2-3 working days and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum. Here we are 3 months and countless of calls after haven’t received any payment yet. Every time I called they promised to speed up the process & will update the refund status within 24hours via email but there was no email received for any of the calls that were made!

Need some help with this.

Rehlat Hotel booking - No refund on free cancelation

Rehlat Reference Number RCO1775799

After booking a hotel using Rehlat I have decided to cancel the trip. Booking was done with free cancelation. I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 10 - 15 business days. It has been more than 1 month since and no refound was issued. I have contacted them multiple times and their only answer please wait...

Rehlat Refund amount

I booked flight in October 2022 for 27th june 2023 return tickets and canceled in March 2023 according to them I waited for 45 days for refund amount then I recalled them after 45 days for date day till today I called them 10 to 12 times everytime they say Sir we will forward your request and in maximum 24 hours you will get your refund amount.I swear I will never go with Rehlat But please this time return my money back

Rehlat Refund not received.

I have done booking my flight ticket on 23rd February 2023 but it couldn't booked and the amount of 1395.55 SAR get deducted from my account. Despite of several reminders and initial assurance from customer support team I am still awaiting my refund. The details of my booking is Re: CP for BID 4366227 SA // 23 Feb 2023 // Indigo.

It's extremely frustrating dealing with them because neither getting any reply nor the refund. I hope through this forum I would get the required response and result. Thank you.

Unfortunately I am still awaiting my refund despite of submitting all the details. I only got a reply to my email assuring their prompt action and execution only.Please look into the matter.

Rehlat Hotel booking

I booked Hotel in Dubai on Rehlat and they collected 100 % on booking, I wanted to check in early so I called the hotel but to my surprise there was no booking done, I called rehlat call centre wihich I think is out the country and the phone connects after 5-7 minutes of ringing, I was assured that they were following up, I made several calls and the reply was same, I sent emails also and they gave a template reply that we are looking in the matter, on my booked day I reached the hotel and confirmed that there was no booking made by rehlat, I had to book my hotel and pay again.

On march 7, I received a reply from rehlat that my refund was in process and I will receive in 10-12 business days

after that I have send several emails over the past 3 months and get a standard reply that we will get in touch soon.

I have seen many similar complains on this forum

Desired outcome: I need my refund and the compensation for the excess amount I had to pay to rebook my hotel.

I Confirm having received the Refund after 3 months along with some useless coupon, however there was no explanation given on why they did not book my hotel or why they did not respond in time, what i assume is that they displayed in search to be offering the cheapest hotel fare and when they are not able to get that fare they just let the customer suffer, i had to pay extra for the booking as well as go through a lot of difficulty in gettiing my refund. this kind of business model is termed as FRAUD.

Rehlat refund

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the lack of response and failure to provide a refund for a hotel booking I made through your platform. On April 23rd, I made a reservation for a hotel room in Italy for the end of July. However, on the same day, I had to cancel my booking.

Despite receiving multiple confirmations of the cancellation and subsequent notifications stating that my refund would be processed, I have yet to receive any reimbursement. I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service department over the past month, but to no avail. Regrettably, the lack of communication and action on your part has left me extremely dissatisfied.
