I booked my tkt last year then i cancelled it , from 1 yr im asking for refund

every time they raise a complaint tkt and say we will get back to you.

i think this company dont follow any ethics ..

My booking id 1909335, when I was booking the flight ticket the total amount was showing 8283 AED only. However, I came to know through my credit card statement is that, 8625 AED deducted. In this regard, I have sent many email to Rehlat. Till now I dint get any response from Rehlat. In the meantime, I had a call with banker, they said few % of transaction charges are deducted due to the foreign money transfer which is really surprising to me. I have attached their response in my email as well. I need a proper response. It is a hard earned money which I dont like to loose this way. Please respond to me as soon as possible.

I have cancelled my hotel booking before deadline and yet it stilll shows on the app that is 0 amount to be refunded (I am not sure if its app fault)

I have sent emails and the reply was very slow though im in need of the refund and I am still waiting about my refund condition since yesterdy night

Edit : I have requested the refund since 23 / Apr as shown in the screen shots

As usual , they reply that they will response in 48h ... yet no response ( all attached in screenshot)

This company is So Fake and user Unfriendly Take care !

Have raised the request since January 1st, flights cancelled by airline.

60 working days + 2 weeks processing time ended. And now finance time is not processing the refund.

I had booked ticket from Dubai to Kandla at the price shown on website. But Rehlat could not book ticket as price increased by that time. I was offered to book ticket at higher price or ask for refund.

I opted for refund which I should have got by November 2021 but till today I.e 13/4/2022 not received. Status shows refund under process. Have written several emails, spoken on help number but always getting same answer that finance department will send status by end of the day or within 48 hours but sorry to say in last 6 months not a single email has been received. I am senior citizen and it is hard earned money and I just like begging for my own money.

Booking ID: 1867197 ticket is cancelled the booking from airlines end and the initiated the refund on January-03, 2022 still i am not getting from rehlat side, regarding this refund issue i spoke to customer service agents still the problem is not solved and i will attached the refund proof getting from the airlines please do me favor for this

I booked a ticket from Calicut-Abudhabi on 4 january 2022, booking id is 1876297. Payment done but ticket was not issued by Rehlat. I requested to refund my amount (937.26 dirhams). I called them 39 times regarding this. Till now i didn't received my refund.

50-60 working days for refund, that too after following up for a month.

My flight Booking ID 1883645, I dont recommend to use rehlat services. I got on email that the team need 50-60 working days to process refund, that too after following up for almost a month.

There should be ZERO rating option for such companies.

I have raise the refund request for flight cancellation with booking ID - 2403630 and provided the accounts details to receive the refund since refund to original mode of payment (which is CC) got failed as confirmed by Rehlat team.

It's been more than 2 years now that I have been following up with customer care team and I have been told that "I will get a response within 24 hours sometimes 48 hours" but till now there is no updates on the refund claim.

Everytime Rehlat customert care team is giving false statements that Finance team will check and revert on this but till no one turned back.

Booking id: 1867197 airlines cancelled the ticket through airlines side and they initiated the refund on 3rd of january 2022 and I attached the refund confirmation copy below, still I didnt get the refund from rehlat side regarding this issue I speak with customer several time, I want to know when can I get the refund

Hi Rehlat,

I am awaiting for refund more than 6 months.

This is showing that rehlat is reluctant to refund my money to bank account and no response from finance department or poor response from customer care team. I had called numerous request as follow up for refund.

None of the team is ready to resolve this issue.

It is showing that poor customer experience and reluctance to credit money back to me.

Do I need to proceed for legal proceedings to get the money back and having all call recording which I spoke with customer care.

I had flight ticket booked from Rehlat on 23 july 2020 Oman air.

And fight get canceled due to covid and requested for refund and agreed with in 2 month will be process,but till now didnt get refund.

Whenever calling customer care executive says with in 48 hours will respond but till now didnt get any feed back.

As checked with Oman air,they says need to give refund request from the travel company side,then only then can proceed refund

Keep Call and mails doing since 1 and half year,even not get proper responds.

I have made an booking through your website, and the payment was done but the ticket not yet confirmed and also i have request for Refund in karam+ wallet before 4 days but until now i didn't received any amount or reply from your side, here is my booking details (3713659) kindly check it & reply immediately.

We Booked ticket 21 January 2022,The ticket we did not get due to technical Error.But Money was charged receipt is attached.we talk with fly Dubai we talk with tap payment system.the only money is taken by REHLAT company.i have bank statement & proof of receipt is attached I was charged. It's already been long time I am emailing a lot. But I did not get my money back. Please assist me to resolve this asap.

With reference to the booking reference number 327023, Rehlat has not refunded my amount which is due from approx four months. My flight was dated 1st week of spetember and was cancelled by airlines. As per the T&C rehlat supposed to refund my amount within a period of 60days.

Request to kindly expedite my complaint

My flight is from Dammam to Venice (layover in Istanbul) on 28 May. The flight from Dammam to Istanbul got cancelled. I received an email from Rehlat as well as Turkish airlines. But I was not offered any rescheduled flight from rehlat for Dammam to Istanbul. The airlines asked me to contact rehlat and said that no charges of any kind shall be applied.

Customer care just keeps filing new complaints every time. They keep asking for new kinds of fees with every response. They themself are not sure what they are doing/charging for.

I want my flight to be rescheduled with no charges of any kind as I was not offered an alternate flight from rehlat with minimal layover as I have initially booked it.

Rehlet ticket agency has been taken the meney for not issuing ticket.. till date no response my refund booking no. 1666195. Plse kindly solve the issue.

My humble request, Please mark this agency blacklisted. They don't deserve any customers at all. I have booked my flight and canceled the flight due to the COVID-19 result. It has been more than six months I have been contacting them every week about my refund, Bunch of idiots is replying to the same message again and again.
