Been waiting for my refund since Oct 2021. I was charged but flight was not confirmed. Customer representatives have a generic information about my refund, “Finance Department will call or email you within 24-48hrs.”, but never received a call or message from the concerned Department. I probably have spoken to more than 10 representatives.

First of all if you call the support they don't answer

I paid almost 850usd including 99usd guaranteed refund, I couldn't attend the flight bcz of the airport officer due to Corona situation so I asked for refund they said the refund amount is only 300usd so I didn't argue bcz I said they are not profissinal since I paid 99usd for guaranteed refund... Anyway at end they only transferred 200usd

Refund required against booking I'd 1706825. Hundred of calls has been made, no response so far.

I want a refund on my booking ID: 3470220. I buy on rehlat website Dec. 14, 2021 until now they didn't got my refund pls process my refund asap.

I try to book an ticket on this website for emergency to come back UAE from Chennai to dubai. They detect my amount and received email it shows ticket will confirm within 24 hours, but its not yet confirmed again they send me email to for refund within 15 days, now almost 29 days completed, whenever i talk to consumer service they are saying we forward this message to finance team they will contact within 24.if the ticket is confirmed and canceled by myself i can wait some time but they don't confirm my ticket and wasting my time and money. My booking id-1877325.

No refund received for my two air tickets.. Booking ID is 1489439 and 1504030.Rehlat Customer service team is not giving back. Keep on saying we will forward to accounts team. But no actions.. I am worried lot.

I have booked two flight ticket on 3 Jan 2022 and 5 Jan 2022 and Rehlat canceled both the ticket (booking ID-1877049 &1876605) and I got the email that I will get full refund within 15-20 days. I am calling almost every day for last 7 days and they don’t provide proper answer they informed me that they will inform finance team and you will get refund within 24 hours.now really fed up their customer service and Rehlat and I am planning to take legal action against the Rehlat if I don’t get my refund in 3-4 days.

On 13th Nov 2021, I booked a ticket with Rehlat for my parents. On the confirmation email Rehlat informed me the ticket prices went up by 450AED and if the ticket is on HOLD, and need to pay the excess amount to process the ticket. But I requested Rehlat to cancel my ticket instead in the same mail and on 14th Nov 2021, Rehlat send me the email confirmation on cancelation of the ticket and they have mentioned in the email that the refund will be processed within 24 hours and the amount will be credited to my account within 25-30 working days. Still I am calling the customer and chasing them for my refund. All the executives are giving the same response till date that they'll forward this issue to the finance team and it will be resolved within 24 hours. I tried sending them email, which is being not responded from their side.

On Jan 25, 2022, I bought a round trip ticket for my son (Ticket ID: 1196). The flight was from Kaysari / Turkey to Amman / Jordan. A day before the flight my son did the PCR test for COVID-19 who unfortunately was positive. I notified the airline agent (rehlat) about the PCR test result and asked for cancellation of my booking and requested ticket refund. But rehlat replied that my ticket was nonrefundable and they refused to refund my ticket.

I have booked tickets and both were canceled from Rehlat due to covid19 pandemic. And I got an email from rehlat stating that your ticket was cancelled. Then I applied for refund, following for more than 2 years but till now I haven't got any refund money. Called customer service many times and their answer is "your request has been forwarded to finance team. Send many emails but no response. I need my money back immediately.

This is brought to your kind attention that I had booked tickets on 27 Nov 2021. After paying the money, I got an intimation saying the Booking was confirmed in my email. After about 1 hour, I got another mail saying that the tickets cannot be sent as the amount has gone up and the booking is canceled.

Then I enquired for a refund. They said that it will happen in 30 working days.

Today is 31 Jan 2022, I haven't got the refund yet. I have called them more than 100 times to hear we are sorry for the delay.

Please help me to get a refund.

I booked ticket from Trivandrum to Kuwait reference I'd:1726738 at amount 138.5 kd after booking got mail payment recieved booking pending confirmation so many time I ask confirmation ticket still no reply also not refunded amount I need return back my amount

Actually I was looking for a ticket for domestic flights I saw a ticket on REHLAT booked it, Ticket was booked on 2/12/2021 Booking No. 3477518. Total amount is SR1109.69 Immediately I received an email from Rehlat that your booking confirmation is pending. I contacted on the phone number which was given there, they assured me that your booking will be done after few minutes. Meanwhile I received again an email from Rehlat for extra charges of 170SR I paid that & waiting for confirmation, I didn't get any confirmation. I requested for refund until today 27/01/2022 nothing. I have send all the information which was requested but all in vain

i book tickets then suddenly it was cancelled by rehlat, i ask for refund but they sent only 202 aed . balance 2869 aed still pending, i am calling helpline from 2 months daily and sending emails but no responce even no reply of emails.

I purchased a air ticket from Rehlat for Jeddah to Islamabad for 15 Nov, 2021 with booking reference 3430678 for an amount of 977.50 SAR.
Later I cancelled it and requested for the refund back.

Despite multiple reminder Rehlat is not refunding back my amount and is informing to keep checking my email for refund and that it is under process.
I had called on their helpline number +966 [protected] multiple time but no positive response has been received till now.

Please inform me when you refund money in my account ticket not confirm from 27 October and not refund money still now.

Rehlat agreed my refund on 27th Nov 2021 as booking cancelled from airline aide due to fare variance. Contacted rehlat more than 10 times and always getting response as email forwarded to concerned refund team. Today is passed 53 days and no refund or proper response not received yet. Its a scam company and dont book any tickets through rehlat site.

I booked a ticket on 2nd December 2021. After completing all the formalities which was required, total amount SR 1109.69 was deduction from my account but I didn't received any confirmation within 10 minutes I contacted to the Rehlat customer care they said that don't worry your ticket will be issued after 4hours. After 4 hours of booking I received an email from Rehlat that I have to pay extra SR 550. I refused to pay and asked them for refund, until now I didn't received any refund from Rehlat…..

On 11-01-2022 I requested to cancel my ticket @ 2310h with the deduction money of 873sar but no reply till 14th of jan then after my call to the customer center they canceled my ticket for 1099sar
