Checkers & Rally's review: Wrong food giving to me and waited 27mins for it

Good morning we went to the Rally's store number 8155 on South Illinois Street Belleville Illinois 62220

We ordered our food which was for rally burgers with cheese and a chicken bite box with ranch got to the window and pain and was asked to pull forward which was no problem. They were working on a doordash person on the other side and when they got done with them should have been our turn to get our food but instead they let three people behind us go through got their food and we're still sitting there waiting my daughter got out with the receipt and the guy goes is there something we forgot and we're like we didn't get our food yet oh we're working on it right now okay got back in the car wait a little bit longer then they let another car come up and went through without our order so then I got out and asked because I'm still waiting on we're still working on it we're still working on I said okay we just ordered four hamburgers with cheese and a chicken bite box handed the food 27 minutes later I specifically asked for the ranch is in there right oh yes it's in there there's four hamburgers in there so we didn't check them until we got later down the road because we were driving for coming home from Easter and stop by there for a snack no cheese on my hamburgers the hamburgers were ice cold then we couldn't even need them till we got home to warm up I called them twice no one would pick up the phone left messages thinking they would call me back no the manager actually came out and started working on the sign putting up a new special why I was out there waiting for my food instead of helping them prepare the food for doordash are for us I just don't understand why four people behind us got their food before us after we already sit there and waited 27 minutes which is ridiculous and no apologies the food was ice cold even the chicken that they said they were cooking we paid $17.78 for what we had to pretty much waste it because it wasn't really good by time he did it up and got home I'm not quite sure why they wouldn't answer the phone or call me back I even waited a date I do expect a phone call or an email back and I think I should get my voucher for my food or a credit to my account for the food thank you and have a nice day Patricia Goss
