I am done with rally's for good!
Rally's at Airport Highway and Byrne Rd.in Toledo Ohio. We were in their drive-thru waiting on our food for 11 minutes. The crew were playing around and none of them were working on our order. I asked them how long it was going to be and they just looked at me like I was crazy. And like I was bothering them. They were really loud and just playing around. This is not the first time this has happened. But I can guarantee you that it will be the last time. I will not go to rally's again. It seems no matter which one you go to, the service is lousy. And on top of that our sandwiches were put together really sloppily. So I am done with Rally's for good.

Wanted my free Buford Sandwich Had phone to be scanned. After 15 minutes They were not able to do that. My order was a Baconzilla sandwich (1st order). Big Buford meal (2nd order) I got my order after repeating it's a separate order The sandwiches were switched.
So i went to rallys to order dinner when I pull up to speaker and guy says I'm doing door dash orders right now this was at like 4:16pm 8-1-24 at the rallys 118 N College St, Piqua, OH 45356 I seen someone post a post bout them last week bout they can't take no order because off something was wrong so i had to drive farther out to.get dinner
on sept.16 i ordered for the second time each time the hamberger it self was cold. i told the girl please make sure the burger would be hot. well another dissapointment. it would have been a very good burger . someone there needs to know how to prepare it correctly...training, training would be helpful, i dont know if i will return

The order was for a Chedda Chedda Mother Cruncher combo with a root beer, as well as a Deep Sea Double Combo meal also with a root beer. I received a regular chicken sandwich regular rally burger and cold fries. What a joke!
How hard is it to get a order punched in and right checkers did not get my order right they gave me a kid size burger with no fries and no drink they want $15 an hour I would say no they can't even get a order right or punched in right y'all will not have my service again.
I picked up my online order and my order was not complete the milkshake machine was down so I need to be refunded thank you in advance

Cut the sandwich to share and discover how uncooked it was. It even had a piece of feather.
Ordered food on the app got to the location before closing time and was told they where closed and the funds would be refunded and they have yet to be in this is day 2 going on 3
This is the worst commercial I have ever seen in my life and I will never visit a checkers or rally's ever again because of it
