Checkers & Rally's review: Jackson tn checkers didn’t give correct change

I went to your location about 30 minutes ago 1:15 dec 30 I got my food and the lady said I don’t have all your money sorry . I asked her what she meant , she said “I owe you 3 cents but hell I ain’t got it “ I said is that legal and she said yeah cuz they don’t make penny’s no more . I’m curious to why your store doesn’t post this publicly? The attorney general has received a complaint. For this reason I will never go back to any fast food entity’s tied to checkers. To top it off and my chicken was cold.
