I placed an order with qvc on 8-25-25 and I was charged on my end from my bank account, and I was given an expected delivery date than on 8-27-25 at 7:30 am I received an email stating that my order was canceled because after trying to verify my payment method and billing address that it didn't match and I had to call customer service at an 800 number and I had no clue how that could be cause my zip code where I live is correct and the same for my billing so than the company tried telling me how they tried verifying this was based on an address they had on file where I lived three years ago so they just assumed that the information wasn't correct without someone reaching out to me directly I didn't even know they still had an address on file from that long ago cause i put my new address in when I placed the order and for the 800 number they provided in the email it said they were available from 8-5 est but when you call you have to leave a message and wait for a call back there is no reason that this should have been canceled and the company just keeps saying this there policy well that's implying someone is committing fraud when they are not
