I ordered a Samsung tv from QVC using a prepaid debit card (Walmart) and everything was fine till I got a call a few days later explaining they didn't accept prepaid debit cards (nice of them to process it though). I canceled my order, but asked if I could use my bank debit card. They said yes, they accept those. So after waiting TEN days for them to return my money I deposited it and ordered a Philips tv I liked. I called 4 times over the last few days every time being told the order was fine. They told me yesterday it had processed and authorized and I would get the tv Friday. Tonight I noticed the charge dropped off my account so I called my bank. They said QVC canceled the order. ###s! I called QVC and checked online and both say my order is shipping and I will get it Friday. This is the second time. Screw them. I am ordering it from Newegg in a few months for cash like I should have in the first place. QVC is just out to make interest off our money. I've shopped with HSN and Shop NBC in the past without incident. In a few weeks QVC has shown me that this is a scam on their part to make interest off holding our money for weeks on end without delivering a product. It's wrong. I could have used that money elsewhere but now I have to wait 30 days for a refund or try to get my bank to reverse the charges. My mission right now is to warn as many people as I can on as many sites as I can. Maybe by making them lose business they will stop screwing people.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
QVC rejected Qcard which they promote on air and in writing. Synchrony Bank saiod the card has a zero balance. QVC is owned by Qurate Retail.
qvc has been unresponsive to my satisfaction concerning their rejection of my q card orders even though they publicly promote the card. I made a conference call with qvc and Syncrony Bank during which the bank said I owe them no amount of money at this moment and am in excellent patronage. qvc is a part of Qurate Retail. Unresolved at this time.
I will never buy from QVC again. I was a customer for over 12 years. I can’t believe it. I checked my account the other day waiting for a computer to ship and the order was canceled. I called customer service three times and got three different answers, none of which made sense. They now have removed my access to my account and I can’t get anyone from QVC to call me back and explain why. I have no letters I have no information from them. They are disgusting company and I will never ever buy anything there again, or except a gift from anyone that shops at QVC . They should be ashamed of themselves. They are despicable.
I also am not happy with my order's with QVC And Cottage Farmer's ... To many False infor and Plants never do as they say they will ! My whole front yard was redone with cottage Farmers Day Lilly's was told they will bloom all summer and fall ... Wow that was a joke I did all the work to have these Beautiful Follows and maybe just maybe half bloomed and that was for a month in May I think ! Mimi Rose will I had to order them 2 time's and the color tag's was gone on the last order and the first order was almost dead ... Long story short I have order a lot of thing's from here and been very very unhappy with the last year ... Nothing grow my touch lilies Never Grow Yard Looked Like Crap after I tryed so Hard !
Really think I will try My Luck With Local Here ~~~ Good Bye Cottage Farm Saving My Money !

Why does QVC charge $3.00 shipping a package and I'm made to pay $10.00 to send back plus they charged me an extra .99 cents? They have also screwed me on charging me something in which was already paid for! Once I get this mess straightened out, I'M DONE WITH QVC! They SCREWED ME ONCE BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!
always suspected - shop hsn - but before you buy anything from anyone go to the website for the company that built the product - check the price, check the model number --- be sure it is the best price and that the model number is a current model number - check on bestbuy.com etc. check several places before you actually purchase - but don't buy from qvc

DON'T BUY FROM Q.V..C., THEY GOT CAUGHT SELLING OBSOLETE ITEMS AS STATE OF THE ART, IN COMPUTERS. WE HAVE PROOF & ARE INFORMING THE PUBLIC. THEY WERE SELLING NOTEBOOKS AS BEING BUILT TO ORDER, BUT WERE IN FACT BUILT OVER A YEAR AGO AND STASHED IN THEIR WAREHOUSE...DON'T BUT FROM Q.V.C THEY REFUSE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND NOW WANT US TO RETURN COMPUTER FOR NEWER MODEL, BUT WILL NOT SEND IT TILL WE RETURN OBSOLETE ITEM.
