We recently had an appointment at Quest Diagnostics for my son's blood work. Unfortunately, there was a mistake made by the doctor's office with the paperwork. We had scheduled the appointment a month in advance, but the only available day was Saturday. In the past, we had been sent home due to similar issues. However, Kris R. went above and beyond to help us correct the mistake made by the doctor's office. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and patience that Kris showed us. We look forward to visiting Kris R.'s office in Denville, NJ, again. Special thanks to supervisor Jackie Quinones for having such a dedicated team member. Thank you!
