Mr. Ivan Holecka gold member client of Qatar airway wold like to inform you some problems during the flight. We would like to give complaint for some issues.

1.The ground staff had not informed us earlier about the opposite side seat that she gave to us, usually this was an unusual side seat that we supposed to be informed earlier.
2. The crew on the aircarft had not supplied good enough service for me which i supposed to usually got, not asking for water, drink, towel and anything, only come to ask me 2 hours after the flight take off, ,

    To the author,

    If the author does not know,
    - when,
    - where
    - the way of the submission of the complaint, the author can hire the profesila in reelated field.

    We can provide such legal service for the complainant for a small charge,
    starting from EUR 150, paybale online againt invoice.

    Time limit for the legal action before the authority / court: 1 year,
    following the last flight.

    Mr. Ivan Holecka,

    1. Seats.
    The seat, which you are unhappy about for unknown reason, is unidentified is staed in the boarding pass.
    If you had agrred to tavel, it means that you agreed to travel according to the conditions of air carriage, wchi include booking, e-ticket, boarding pass. Such attachment are absent.

    2. The cabin crew offers water, drinks unlimitted during the QR 831 flight from Bangkok to Doha.

    You can not claim anything from anyone due to your own mistake or your misunderstanding.
