Purolator — Driver behaviour
Hi there!
My name is Amir Safdar I work at My Wireless cellphone store located in Scarborough near Midland & Lawrence Area, today at around 4:00 PM one of your driver came to buy a hand free from this store we do not offer any return or exchange advised that person to check before leaving it was brand-new item, he came back after few minutes to return that hands free with an excuse that one side isn't working even the hands free he bought was new one he brought back two PCs of older hands free to present me that I sold him not working item I explained to him that I suggested u to check it before u leave he didn't care then your driver became aggressive started to use coarse language with me and try to hit me with the hands free in his hands lucky it hits our store showcase video evidence available with store owner, which is not a tolerated able behavior please do contact me regarding this matter my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com contact number is [protected] I tried to attach vehicle images was parked in front of our store license plate number is 864-OZE also vehicle# E1610124, but image is bigger than suggested ratio, please do not let my complaint go wasted I appreciate your action regarding this matter thanks
