I am one of the student from M.Tech 2nd year 2023, teachers are asking us to pay money for Research paper even if we have published the paper.

I have many recordings where the teachers are demanding money for the name of research paper . And they are telling that IIMT management is asking them to do so.

Some of us has published the research paper in well known websites , than also they are troubling us.

Teachers are also telling us that after 31 july 2023 we have to pay fees of next year also.

If we ask about the Result for the exam we gave in january the just say that 1st give money for the research paper than we will declare result.

Please give us solution we are from poor family we already have submitted the fees for 2 complete years. Else we will be bound to take legal actions on the basis of our screenshots/ recordings .

Sir ` I have passed bpt in 2021. But my result show incomplete on the university website plz clear my result online. I am unable to come university due to covid 19 and internship.

University not declaring result of examination held during lockdown and forcing them to reappear for examination with an intention o charging back paper fee. During the time when every government agencies asking Universities to establish a ce to deal with students mental health issues. This university harassing it's students driving them into mental issues. Vice chancellor Dr.Manoj kumar Madan instead of listening to students problems threatened student which is not expected from a respectable person who held a respectable post.

Myself Dr. NIMISHA TEHRI. I have served as Assistant Professor (Microbiology) in Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology at IIMT University, Meerut (U.P.) from 16th August 2018 to 28th September 2019.

I have submitted resignation with the statement regarding my relieving as per the norms of university, duly signed and forwarded by the Dean and Pro-VC Smt. Deepa Sharma, to HR, IIMTU. Officially, I was relieved from my services by IIMTU upon receiving notification from HR on 28 September, 2019.

Upon relieving, I have taken no dues from all concerned departments as given under No dues Clearance form (Ref. No. IIMT/2019/ND-226; Dated:28-09-2019) issued by Legal Cell, IIMTU and successfully submitted it to HR. I got my experience letter upon proper recommendation by Director, HR, IIMTU from Dean, Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology.

After going through proper channel and following all guidelines including Resignation submission and its subsequent approval by Pro VC and acceptance by HR, official relieving and No Dues Clearance and receiving of Experience Letter, I am experiencing a very bad experience with IIMTU regarding security release.

From 29th September to till date, I have made multiple calls to:

1. Office HR (Contacted Person: Deepshikha (indefinite no. of calls, was not able to forward the conversation part to senior person, every time gave contact no. of Legal/Accounts/ etc.); Mrs. Reeta: first time call: informed she will take action in 2 days and assured that I am entitled to get all security amount; Next 2 times: unavailable).

2. Legal Cell, person who picked the call, has taken 2 days time and said your file is clear from our end now. Everything was found satisfactory as he told. Your security will be released (Dated 24 to 27th Dec, 2019).

3. Account Office: HR and Legal Cell is responsible for this delay.

On 22nd November 2019, I physically appeared in IIMTU to discuss my case regarding security release, but Mrs. Rita was on leave and no one else was ready to pay attention from accounts and legal.

Unfortunately, after fulfilling all formalities, official relieving, and having proofs of all supporting documents, I had worst experience with IIMTU after my job period due to the bad working culture of the management and administration of IIMTU.

This is a highly unfair, exploitation, a kind of malpractice and mental harassment for an employee by the university. I humbly request you to look the matter seriously and take strong action against this organisation. I have all legal documents to support my case. Kindly find the enclosed files herewith.
