PSI ServicesOnline proctor based testing

It is worst experience one can have with a testing service. I took a certification exam just 10 days back with vue and everything was great. Proctor was not fussy about pins, stapler and family photos on my desk. However just aftet 10 day, I had schedule an exam for which psi was the only choice. What a poor service... I cannot describe in words. First unlike vue, they ask for photo of id in same sequence when verification takes place after one's selfie. So if you made a mistake of takinh your photo twice, your verification will fail (which is fine as first one was supposed to be for government issues id). Now after failure of verification, their system asks for submitting photo of id (using webcam) again. I did that then ‘nothing' - straight for two hours!!. I kept using their chat, called on the number on the screen for straight for two hours... But nobody answered from their ‘texh support. Finally, I figured out, I shoudl call testing center customer service (from email). I did and after sometime I got hold of lady and she was told what happened. She wanted to transfer me to ‘tech support' and I told her that I already tried that for hours. She confirmed that she will do ‘warm transfer'. She did transfer and it was ‘cold' transfer... Nobody answered on phone after transferring. I am from technology so I found a way. I kept on starting the ‘launch' exam more than once (as then it puts the request) in their ‘queue'. Aftet 3 or more hours, I finally got the exam started after going theough another fussy proctor. I had to remove everything from desk (I was told yes sanitizer allowed on desk!). I got it done and relaxed knowing, I would rather not using technology of a company that has only psi as the only choice for their certification
Choice. It is not psi alone but companies that suppory psi and forces the candidates to use psi as their only option for the certifications.
