just to clarify the items you want recovered are in the videos and gallery right? you dont have them checked to tell the program to recover from that spot.
When any store is close to closing time they calculate the time to help someone and extrapolate by how many people are waiting. your subs fell at the cutoff time limit they calculated which is actually a common practice in a majority of companies. sorry you missed out on the promotion. they also mention on the ad restrictions FYI.
you might have bought a mislabeled or tampered can. altho most companies change the formula after a while to make it better. sometimes they change the labels colors and layout to better fit a new look. you might have bought the one that looked like it was the regular can but may have been another product.
it depends on the fine print on the coupon. some coupons state "participating stores only...some restrictions apply" you might have missed this if its on the coupon. if it is not there at all then it is possible that they did not get the notice or did not mention it to corporate. some subway stores are franchise locations and not owned directly by corporate.
where did you find out they went bankrupt? i haven't seen any info on them since the 9th where i was told the end of this month is when the shipments resume. i sent a email to their HQ so maybe they have an answer. also if you check shop.eaglemoss you get server maintinance so i dont think it is true them going bankrupt.
It depends, i am guessing they told you the package shipped? if not then you did not pay them yet. their pay system is like this, when its time for your next parts shipment they send a "tap payment" this is basically pre authorization, no money is taken out at this time and it is canceled within a week. when they Ship your parts they send the actual payment request.
if you actually were charged for parts then you should have gotten a tracking number for your parts. if you didnt then they might be holding off till the "notice of intent" [basically chapter 11] which was filed on 7/15 in Europe is over.
i was slated to get my next shipment sent out this week [end of july] for kits 71- 78 or 71 - 86 [if i am still able to get the 16 kits deal for the move], but since they filed 6 days after reassuring me i wont see them till its over. i'm only halfway done with my model.
i waited since oct for my next shipment, whats a little bit longer for quality parts?

if you are on the do not call list you can report the number to the FTC and they will get a fine. they Legally can not call you if your on the Do Not Call List, if they do then they are breaking the law. they are supposed to check their lists they get from some unknown place [idk where] against the National Do Not Call List and move your name from their lists onto a in house Do Not Call List [i one time got a company to admit they have a in house Do Not Call List and they didn't cross reference it with the national do not call list].
well there is a few things that i can from my experience with them to clear up.
they only charge you for the kits after they ship. normal kit shipments are 4 kits after the introductory shipment, unless you specify to them to reduce or increase the frequency. normally they send 2 emails. first email is a pre authorization email. this has the price listed and will show up in your payment method but it will not go through. the 2nd one has the paid request and tracking number of your shipment.
as of july 15th eaglemoss is under "Notice of Intent" [chapter 11]. Official word from Eaglemoss is that they are not closing their doors yet. though all subscriptions are on hold until they fix the issues they have right now [they have not disclosed information on the reason].
they are real but they need time to make a comeback. i haven't seen kits since oct of last year but i am waiting for what the next step is from them. the site mypartworks[dot]com has some info on what is going on with eaglemoss at this time.
They only charge when they ship the parts. last year their was supply issues. now they are in notice of intent/chapter 11. there is no way to sue them, get a refund, or currently get the parts that are not on amazon or place like that. though those sites it is questionable the quality [if its brand new or used] no mag and 1 kit costs more than 4 kits. give them time to figure out their stuff. i been watching the updates on mypartworks[dot]com on this situation.
this is a catch 22 of sorts. while it is true that moderators do check for "infringers" of the rules it is not always their reason to check your posts [in this case]. sometimes they look the other way if the post does not detract or cause disruption to the thread. if someone found your post offensive and reported it then they will look at the post and compare it to the report. if there is multiple reports on your posts, then they dont have a choice and must "silence" the account. your posts might have un intentionally offended someone and they reported your posts. the other side of the coin is someone might have revenge reported you for some reason. these are posted in the TOS, CS, and the EUA that they sent out.
Though this is based off what i understand from the TOS, CS, and EUA along with being for a differnt site an admin.
In the TOS, EUA, and CS they do list the penalties for violating the rules. as for your situation i'm not clear on what your saying. in the start you mention they did tell you but then later say they did not tell you.
did they tell you the reason or not? so i can give you better suggestions to fix this or to make this more understanding for you.
if they mentioned your blocked for a week then i don't think it will be unlocked 2 days later. from what i recall they increase the time of the ban based off reports against you. minor things don't get [unless it changed] perma banned but can be increased from 24 hours to a week depending on the reports and how detrimental the infraction is.
though i don't work for them so i can't give a definite reason.
the bogus check was one of your checks that they tried to cash with fake information and BOA noticed it or the check was just a fake and had your routing numbers? it would i think be extremely hard to cash a check without your routing information that is on your checks to your account. i don't know how scammers might fake that but who knows.
while i don't use etsy for anything i do know some things about these types of things.
depending on the company that holds a IP they might also have a copyright and or patent on a design/look/brand. this means they can set the terms for them and it might look unusual. in the past they might have looked the other way with people reselling their IP if it is authentic, but with so many knockoffs and fakes they had to step in and enforce their IP to protect it. so you guys may have fallen into a patent/copyright/IP that has a no resell clause in it unless by authorized retail locations or venders.

Just saw this complaint today and decided to check it out...im listed and i did a check of godaddy's servers. they HAVE to comply with the CCPA [California Consumer Protection Act] and purge your information from their site. some stores say they close at [in this complaint] at 8. then if they don't have any customers from 5 to 20 min before closing they close early for stock check and cleanup. they are told to say the closing time unless they know when you call that they are closing early. in this case it sounds like right after you called they chose to close early cause no one has come since you called.

Norton antivirus is a subscription based antivirus program. the key only means you have a legally obtained copy of their software. it is [last i looked at a box] mentioned on the box of it being subscription based with a 30 day trial. the credit card is for once the 30 days is over that the subscription starts.
As for how they acted on the phone... they do that sometimes when they are unable to hear the customer, they dont calm down, or they basically not able to assist someone due to them [the customer] being angery. one of my friends this happened to, i called for them and was able to get the issue resolved peacefully by talking and not getting mad.

I checked the mypartworks updates and found this info for you though. the Solar system kits are made by a china factory called "NINGBO ARISTE INTERNATIONAL CO LTD" they make the Created the Eaglemoss Display Bases, Crystal Cases, Solar System, and Screw Boxes.
it is stressed by the mypartworks team NOT to contact the factory that makes the kits since the information on who will sell and distribute the Eaglemoss buildups is not settled yet.
that is all i can find at the moment, beyond that all we can do is wait.
They never told me about the chapter 11/notice of intent, they actually on the 9th [6 days before notice of intent was filed] said i was good to start getting parts shipped on that Friday. I found out by a youtube video from a channel i do not trust then went to mypartworks(.)com [where i got the parts list to help me build the kit I'm on] where they had the details of it being true.
i just found this due to the cell app now including ads [questionable move]. since they added that feature i have had MORE spam in my inbox than in the past. the kicker to remove ads you need to get the subscription to 365. reporting concerns to their settings to report spam/messages of concerning reasons...doesn't block them server side. i probably need to manually enter them into the block list when im on my main computer. i think i reported the SAME email who is clearly a scammer to them and facebook [i dont have a facebook account] 100 times now. i havent tried directly emailing but its concerning why they are making these moves.
i have to agree the cracker barrel chain is NOT christian. though there are christians who do frequent the chain calling themselves "cracker barrel christians" it is in no way related to the company itself. they are all walks of life. If they hire someone that likes the color pink and presents themself differently yet professional i dont see how that is a issue.
