Eaglemoss Marvel Movie Figures

When you went into receivership/bankruptcy I was still owed 26 issues (95 – 97 – 101 – 102 – 103 – 106 – 108 – 110 – 111 – 120 – 121 – 124 – 125 – 126 – 127 – 128 – 129 – 132 – 133 – 134 – 135 – 136 – 137 – 138 – 139 – 140. As well as the Mk XLI Iron Man Suit Issue 3 of the Special Iron Man suits). All of this comes to $780AU. I had been asking you about these issues for months prior to this, I have all the emails, yet you continued to take money from my account without sending any products. I feel that you were fraudulent when telling me that the products were on the way, but never were. I would like to know how you intend to return my money. As a pensioner this is money I can ill afford to just throw away.

eaglemoss as i have been saying will NOT charge you till the parts ship. also the terms of service that eaglemoss had stated no refunds for build up due to the cost of getting the parts from their supplier.

Eaglemoss CreaCrafts Knit & Stitch Creative monthly magazine, Eaglemoss

My late mother subscribed to the Eaglemoss magazine Knit & Stitch Creative and while clearing out her house I've been putting all the issues together as the project was never started. I could not find issue 80 and can't imagine my mum would have cancelled her subscription with only one issue to go. Would it be possible to get a copy of the last issue?

This is part of an email I sent to the company on 1st June 2022. I received a reply on 13th June 2022 saying that issue 80 would be sent out. It was never received and I then sent several emails before discovering that the company was folding. If I can't get the final issue to the 80 part set then really what was the point in having the previous 79? They took the money for all issues so why weren't they all received?

Desired outcome: That issue 80 of Knit & Stitch Creative be sent to my address which was given at the time.

unfortunately the site i been posting information on the build ups does not have any information on that section. when Eaglemoss closed any subscription was canceled. they sent what was paid for and didnt take more money for shipments that were in process of being ready to be billed.

have you checked with the delivery service they may have sent it by?

if they dont have it then the best i can say is that you might need to find out who picked up the rights to that IP and ask them. as to how i am not sure of that. all my build up information was posted on a fan page who also worked on the same model as i am.

please go to https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-update/ to get info on where you go to get your models or kits. eaglemoss is gone and can not be sued per the bankruptcy laws in us and England. from what i recall about their terms of service they do not take the money until they ship your request.

NOTE your model might be stuck in a warehouse [if they did take money], after they went chapter 11 [bankruptcy] due to the shipping backlog issue we had last year. if you do not see info on your model at the partworks site leave a note there and the owner of the site might look into it. this is the best info on this situation that i can give.

Eaglemoss Firefly "Serenity" starship

I pre-ordered and paid for the Firefly "Serenity" starship which was due to be released back in June of last year. Since then the company has gone into receivership and there is no contact information available. I know of at least one person who actually did receive their model, but I never got anything beyond the receipt of my order. My emails were never answered and my money has not been returned. Is there anything I can do?

Desired outcome: Would really love to have that model for my collection, but at this point would settle for my money back.

Eaglemoss Star Trek enterprise NCC-1701 d

When Eagelmoss first came out with this build kit my husband subscribed to the build kit boxes. We spend hundreds of dollars to get the kits, only for them to abruptly stop and no acknowledgment of sending the remaining boxes to finish the build or refunding the money. There is no way to even get the remaining kits or contact eagle moss for refunds.

Desired outcome: Refund and/or all remaking kits needed to complete build.

Eaglemoss Willys Jeep build

How do I get the parts to finish my build?

A ton of money spent to not be able to finish!

I’m up to issue #81 then book left in the dust.

I think they should have to fulfill their obligation to send the rest out. Or give a refund for the amount wasted on a project that cannot be completed

The issue #3 came in broken and they told me basically to bad purchase it again, I should have known then it was a bad company

Desired outcome: Fulfill the rest or give a complete refund I paid up to #81 now I can’t finish

it is impossible to get a refund for the parts since the company is gone, doesnt exist also they did have mentioned on the site no refunds for completed kits. as for bad issues they dont charge for reordering. they never charged me for replacements even months later.

Eaglemoss Willys Jeep DM 1:8 scale Kit

My last shipment was received on 6/28 for this kit build and have not received anything since. After research, I find out that they have filed for Bankruptcy. All that money I spent for this kit and now will never be finished. A model that is only a 1/4 finished will never get done. WHAT A WASTE! Would have been nice to receive notice of such potential bankruptcy. What a CRAP company!

please refer to https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-update/ and the https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-bankrupt/ for the current information on how to resume building. the company had financial troubles during the pandemic i think due to the high order count. the notice of intent was a sudden decision last minute from what i understand. not even customer service 6 days before they filed even knew about it. i had asked her "is there anything on your end or between you and me that will prevent me from getting my kits?" she said nothing at all is going to interfere. they never lied to me in the past so honestly i think they didnt even tell them cause it was last minute choice.

Eaglemoss Build up hero collector

Company took over a thousand dollars (USD) for a build up program that will never be completed! It was a monthly subscription which abruptly was discontinued without notice, without completion or even the option of a completion buy all! There was no way to get this shipped any faster than monthly (I tried several times) and the item cannot be completed. Eaglemoss stole my money.

Desired outcome: A hanging, but I'd accept a full refund or the remainder of issues needed to complete the build.

they only take money when your kits are shipping. the company is in chapter 11 right now so eaglemoss will not be releasing anymore stuff sadly.

As my earlier posts mentioned, my partworks has been sending out updates about the situation. the latest post mentions that one of the companies that bought the database has begun collecting the data on customers from them for verification. please review the links below to get back on track with your build. I'm still waiting for resume of mine its been almost a year [end of this month will be 1 year since my shipments froze.].

Eaglemoss Star Trek enterprise d

Well I am greatly conserved. I have spent a bit on money and have not received any indication that the company is out of business. What the hell. I now have a build a robe t that is going to be un finished. This is completely unacceptable. There should have been something that can be done. Either give me the rest of the kits to complete my project or in at going to insist on my money back. I’ve been paying for almost 2 years now. I expect a response. from my Order [protected] from 09.07.2022 is missing 2x Marvel Gladiator Hulk Figur 36cm, I paid complete.

I want the figures or money back 379,98€)

I from my Front order with number [protected] from 14.02.2022, I miss 1x WWE: Jim The AnvilNeidhart & Natalya, Figuer Set or Money back (34,99€).

The defect was reported even before the insolvency application.

Next step i will file a criminal complaint for fraud.

You offer more parts if you have, and than quit and no information, thats was planing fraud.

unfortunately Eaglemoss is protected from lawsuit. since its their FIRST bankruptcy they cant be sued. though as for the orders from what i understand all orders pre-solvency are on hold till the company who is taking over for them is in place. please wait for them to finish the process.

Eaglemoss Complaint

Hi

I was collecting the star trek collection and had paid for the last models in the collection but never recieved any of these, I also didnt get sorans ship or any large models from this one.

I had sent emails as I haven't received some of the models that I payed for but was told it was being looked into, I was then told that I had no subscriptions running to which I replied that these were models I was still waiting for before the star trek subscription finished, I also said that I was still subscribed to the picard set but havant recieved some of these either, I had no reply email.

My subscription for picard never finished and im still waiting for models that didn't get delivered to me for this collection.

I also was collecting models from the online star trek but didnt get the last three models that I paid for before this happened, I also have never recieved the uss yorktown ship for my collection despite paying for this.

Can someone please let me know what is going on and if this can be sorted.

Desired outcome: can i either get the last models from the Star Trek collection, the Picard collection and the Star Trek online collection please.if not then maybe some compensation for paying previously for these models and not receiving them, thank you.

idk why my last comment disappeared. Basically the Eaglemoss store is actually gone for months. they left it up but everything is removed since they went bankrupt.

did you get a email saying your order is being processed or a thank you for your order? as for their email... there is no one to answer them since the company went bankrupt. i would suggest following the thread about this at https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-bankrupt/ . you might find useful information on how to proceed if you did somehow get an order placed with a dead site.

from what i am currently aware of the models [including the build ups] have all been discontinued from eaglemoss. As has been mentioned in other posts the company is gone, they filed for bankruptcy in england.

Eaglemoss Solar system kit

With the advent of Eaglemoss now being non-solvent, will another company creating the kits for the Solar System Orrery still ship the rest of the kits? Or? I've received 4 or 5 kits, and want the project to continue somehow. I'm upset having only a few kits.. Eaglemoss never notified me their company was going bankrupt. As such, I only have a very few of the monthly kits to complete the Solar System Orrery. I can no longer build this project. If I cannot, I want a refund please.

as i mentioned here https://www.complaintsboard.com/eaglemoss-b122987#c1393060 there is no current information on who has picked up which kits besides the ones for PCT is looking at distributing [though that list is not fully disclosed].

I checked the mypartworks updates and found this info for you though. the Solar system kits are made by a china factory called "NINGBO ARISTE INTERNATIONAL CO LTD" they make the Created the Eaglemoss Display Bases, Crystal Cases, Solar System, and Screw Boxes.

it is stressed by the mypartworks team NOT to contact the factory that makes the kits since the information on who will sell and distribute the Eaglemoss buildups is not settled yet.

that is all i can find at the moment, beyond that all we can do is wait.

They never told me about the chapter 11/notice of intent, they actually on the 9th [6 days before notice of intent was filed] said i was good to start getting parts shipped on that Friday. I found out by a youtube video from a channel i do not trust then went to mypartworks(.)com [where i got the parts list to help me build the kit I'm on] where they had the details of it being true.

Eaglemoss Eaglemoss models update information

As of today 8/12/22 the notice of intent filed by EagleMoss in the UK is officially accepted. the company is now in administrator status. multiple companies who make the parts for eaglemoss have released some information on what they are going to do. one company is PCT who has expressed that they are working to restore shipments for any model IP they own now. USA is currently in limbo for them at the moment. though the messages them and other IP holders expressed they will not leave anyone with half a model cause that will look bad on them.

i am just posting this so others who post here will know that eaglemoss will not be doing the shipments right now [unless they come back]. please be patient it will take time for the dust to settle.

Update for everyone,

after a long wait the only current update is a new directory for the ex eaglemoss models. this directory will be able to help everyone find the information they need as to who to talk to about their model. the website is https://mypartworks.com/partworks-directory/

so far there is no update on shipments [that i know of right now.] being released.

Eaglemoss Eaglemoss Ghostbusters echo 1 build up model kit

I started this build up kit back last year and only received kits 1-30 but that's it nothing more. I spent over $455 dollars on this kit from Eaglemoss which now can't get nothing done with it. I just got a pile of junk sitting in my hobby room. Just got like one third of a kit. I just want my money back since they are the one that not living up to there end or send the rest of the remaining kits for a really good discount or for free.

They only charge when they ship the parts. last year their was supply issues. now they are in notice of intent/chapter 11. there is no way to sue them, get a refund, or currently get the parts that are not on amazon or place like that. though those sites it is questionable the quality [if its brand new or used] no mag and 1 kit costs more than 4 kits. give them time to figure out their stuff. i been watching the updates on mypartworks[dot]com on this situation.

Eaglemoss Eagle Moss Jeep Buildup

Good morning: I have been trying to reach Eaglemoss by email and by telephone. Not responding to my emails and phone is no longer in service. I did the original 1.95 started kit on 04-25-2022. Then I was charged 65.40 on 05-12-2022 , 65.40 on 06-06-2022 and 130.80 on 06-21-2022. I had asked in May if we could received 2 kits a month at 130.80 however we only received 3 kits total. We received nothing for July. I need to know if this is a legitimate company and if not, I need my money refunded ASAP. The total amount that was charged to my account was 263.55 and that is what I want refunded back.

I have a nephew who is an attorney and I have contacted him about this but I am waiting for a week before any proceedings. I need to hear something about this ASAP

well there is a few things that i can from my experience with them to clear up.

they only charge you for the kits after they ship. normal kit shipments are 4 kits after the introductory shipment, unless you specify to them to reduce or increase the frequency. normally they send 2 emails. first email is a pre authorization email. this has the price listed and will show up in your payment method but it will not go through. the 2nd one has the paid request and tracking number of your shipment.

as of july 15th eaglemoss is under "Notice of Intent" [chapter 11]. Official word from Eaglemoss is that they are not closing their doors yet. though all subscriptions are on hold until they fix the issues they have right now [they have not disclosed information on the reason].

they are real but they need time to make a comeback. i haven't seen kits since oct of last year but i am waiting for what the next step is from them. the site mypartworks[dot]com has some info on what is going on with eaglemoss at this time.

Eaglemoss DeLorean build up

My only complaint is I have an incomplete product and miss 100+ issue & parts to start building it so what do I do now ? Not like I can return it and everything is still in the original packaging started this in 7/16/2019 a d had to stop because of the hole covid thing and was stating it back up on 7/13/2022 but then find out a weeks later that they filed for bankruptcy, so like I should be able to get my money back but unlike

It depends, i am guessing they told you the package shipped? if not then you did not pay them yet. their pay system is like this, when its time for your next parts shipment they send a "tap payment" this is basically pre authorization, no money is taken out at this time and it is canceled within a week. when they Ship your parts they send the actual payment request.

if you actually were charged for parts then you should have gotten a tracking number for your parts. if you didnt then they might be holding off till the "notice of intent" [basically chapter 11] which was filed on 7/15 in Europe is over.

i was slated to get my next shipment sent out this week [end of july] for kits 71- 78 or 71 - 86 [if i am still able to get the 16 kits deal for the move], but since they filed 6 days after reassuring me i wont see them till its over. i'm only halfway done with my model.

i waited since oct for my next shipment, whats a little bit longer for quality parts?

Eaglemoss Subscription Service for Models of ECTO-1, Star Trek Enterprise, Nissan GTR and James Bond Aston Martin

My subscriptions to these models are approximately 1/4 to 3/4 finished, and I haven't received my "monthly" subscription delivery for any of these models for months. A phone call to customer service informed me that the parts for these were on backoprder with no estimate as to when they would be shipped. I now understand the company filed for bankruptcy. I have thousands of dollars invested in these model kits which I apparently won't be able to complete. As such, they are now worthless pieces of junk. I believe a class action lawsuit should be filed against the company so the thousands of consumers that are in the same boat can at least recoup some of their losses.

Desired outcome: Completion of the subscriptions with all parts being shipped within a reasonable amount of time, or a complete refund for the incomplete kits that were never completed.

where did you find out they went bankrupt? i haven't seen any info on them since the 9th where i was told the end of this month is when the shipments resume. i sent a email to their HQ so maybe they have an answer. also if you check shop.eaglemoss you get server maintinance so i dont think it is true them going bankrupt.

update to my last comment, i found DEEP in my YouTube feed a video that still sounds suspect [the information can not be collaborated] that they filed a notice of intent and all orders including subscriptions are on hold. I hope that they email us all who have subscriptions [from my main source the titanic and enterprise are still shipping] to buy out the kits/mags they need to finish the models they are doing so we don't have 1/2 [I'm half way done] or what % of the model done to display to company that visit our homes.

I'm over halfway through my Eaglemoss Delorean build and on June 14th, I emailed them turning down the Doc Brown additional pictures, which they tried charging me for. Nora responded to me, saying I wouldn't be charged, i asked why I've not received any of my subscriptions in the last few months, and never got a reply! Within days I heard about the Bankruptcy.

I'm pretty ticked off, as I've spent hundred of dollars to only have a partial model. I'm all for a Class action on this one! Or atleast the opportunity to get my money back or to complete this kit!

three things here

1. when your special is announced to you it says "you have till xx/xx/xxxx to contact us if you don't want to receive [insert special]". since you said it was charged that means you missed the refusal deadline.

2. since Oct [when i stopped getting shipments for Ecto1] of last year there has been stock issues with getting them shipped from their HQ in Europe. it has slowly been affecting builds. this was all over due to the pandemic and the bottle neck into the USA.

3. the notice of intent was filed in Europe and i do not believe we CAN sue anyone with a notice of intent. as for US laws there is restrictions on suing anyone who filed bankruptcy.

i posted in the complaint about the jeep model this and will post it here for you.

as of july 15th eaglemoss is under "Notice of Intent" [chapter 11]. Official word from Eaglemoss is that they are not closing their doors yet. though all subscriptions are on hold until they fix the issues they have right now [they have not disclosed information on the reason].

they are real but they need time to make a comeback. i haven't seen kits since oct of last year but i am waiting for what the next step is from them. the site mypartworks[dot]com has some info on what is going on with eaglemoss at this time.

Please give them time to sort out the mess and get back to us. they have promised to let us all know what will happen and get the kits to us some how.

Eaglemoss 3D Create & Print Subscription & Extended Subscription

I have subscribed to a number of partworks over the years but none have been as bad as the Eaglemoss 3D Create & Print to build a 3D printer. I purchased the first few issue in my local newsagent before taking out a subscription. Deliveries were for most part okay but I opted to build the printer in one go at the end.

I built the printer as instructed & up to a point had a unit that was working as was stated in the issue that I had built. It was recognised by my PC & partial calibration was possible, the next issue involved a software update which worked successfully but after this the connection to the PC was intermittent & any commands sent were just queued.

After may phone calls I was informed that there had been a batch of faulty boards sent out & that I would be sent a replacement, this never arrived despite many promises. Eventually I requested a refund & was told to return my printer so that it could be checked at the factory who would repair & test and return it to me once any issues that I had resolved or a replacement sent out to me.

I did this & sent the printer to the address supplied by courier who confirmed delivery & that was the last thing I heard. I was again advised that a replacement would be forthcoming. Nothing.

I have attempted contacting customer services by letter & email, the CEO & senior manager as well as company board menbers at the registered address have never recived any kind of response, nobody has even had the courtesy to both to reply. Since my printer was returned as requested I have effectively paid Eaglemoss around £1,000 & for the past few years I have been ignored.

In have been trying to request a refund for all of the issues that I purchased & subsequently returned at customer services request so far to no avail. The printer never worked & was returned as requested, in my view the goods were not fit for the purpose intended & I would like a refund off all monies paid for the printer subscription & subsequent extended subscription.

Desired outcome: Refund of the cost of all issues standard & extended subscription plus shipping cost since all parts were returned. I would also confirmation the is being dealt with.

Eaglemoss Subscription items not received

Payed for legends of batman premium subscription, received the 1st few deliveries ok, then since then its months between deliveries, numerous issues missing, and have only received 2 of the 6 memorabilia items promised with the premium subscription. 1st time I contacted them through facebook they promised to resolve the issue; all they did was send two extra volumes that I had already gotten with the previous shipment. Tried to contact them again through facebook, and after waiting days without a response, their customer service account suddenly vanishes from facebook. Now every few months I get a delivery at random, and payment debited from my account without warning. I started this subscription two years ago, and just want to complete my collection

Desired outcome: Ship all missing items ASAP

Eaglemoss Complaint

Hi I have been collecting part for ghostbusters car I had a problem last year for over two month with no part they a problem with payments your end.

Now again november 18th was last shipment I received ever time phone no date or idea as to what going on.

Have emailed again no date what a joke for £1500 model
For this price and time it that's to build there should be no problem
I feed up so am making complaint before I take this to court for breach of contract.

Desired outcome: get parts to me and no more problem. and to compensate for time for chase and 4 month now add to the build
