from what most of the comments here say, at one point you entered the trial offer for youtube.tv or music to get music or watch tv. the TOS and trial information they provide on signup they mention that you the user must personally cancel the subscription trial before the end of it or you are agreeing to continue the subscription per month.

here is what it says on the youtube tv help page about the trial. "When your free trial period is over, your account will automatically switch to a paid membership. " so basically if you do not cancel the trail personally by entering your account and canceling in the membership section, you are agreeing to a full subscription.

youtube music and youtube premium both also state you must personally cancel BEFORE the trial time is over, otherwise you are agreeing to a subscription.

while your right they should assist i do see a few "oops" in your post. microsoft does not have a team named windows support, its all microsoft support. the picture about the locked is a scammer website. as for gov firewalls...from what i know they have the same firewalls as the public. what i suggest is that you get a good antivirus/anti malware program, have that scan your computer and remove the infections, be careful what sites you visit [even the best firewalls can be defeated by a mistake like going to a shady website], be careful of emails that claim to be from the company [best to go to the company website for their number and contact them to find out if its ligit]. when i get scammers claiming that they are from microsoft i ask them what computer and time. then i ask them to tell me the 37 character security code on my file. they always say it wrong and point to my computer at home that has been off all night.

idk why my last comment disappeared. Basically the Eaglemoss store is actually gone for months. they left it up but everything is removed since they went bankrupt.

did you get a email saying your order is being processed or a thank you for your order? as for their email... there is no one to answer them since the company went bankrupt. i would suggest following the thread about this at https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-bankrupt/ . you might find useful information on how to proceed if you did somehow get an order placed with a dead site.
this one is a reminder to remove everything from devices that you sell to anyone. have you tried talking with microsoft xbox support?
there is many factors to why this happens. i know the last few days i have had connection issues due to the path my network takes to their servers. if any server on that route has an issue that sometimes causes this bottleneck in login issues. sometimes it is outside blizzard's control, though its still ultimately their responsibility to fix the issue by checking the lines if its outside your computer or internet [like if you can get to another game on a server near them then its not your end]. all MMO games go through multiple servers to access the content.

from what i recall when i asked about similar situations with a friend who used to work for blizzard. he said each report is first flagged for review and a warning is listed server side, a GM [idk the overwatch term for them] looks at the report and any recordings of the event in the report, if they deem it correct then its reflected on the user side with a official email. though companies have gone the way of automation so it could be a false flag from the AI and has to be disputed. have you spoken to customer service and disputed the warning [a second time]?

from what i recall in wow they implemented a desertion function on anyone [even people who are kicked out for no reason or leaves because the group is basically attacking them for doing nothing] who leaves a group that gives you a debuff barring you from entering again for a set amount of time and marking you [i dont think this is fair, it should be changed to reflect the situation] as a bad player to group with. not sure if there is such a program for overwatch.

if that doesnt help you might want to record on notes [paper or a doc on computer] who you played with, time and date anytime you have these "throwers".
i haven't heard of them forcing you to exclusively buy from them unless you accidentally added the care package from them that includes the ink. also on setup there is a option you MUST select that reads "is this printer self managed?" if you dont select self managed it is managed by HP for settings and such. though i have not researched it beyond that. i always say self managed on that step.

i buy my personal ink and work ink from other companies if i have the ability to.
this could be 2 differnt reasons.

reason 1: they actually did fake out the job payout

or

reason 2: the client you accepted changed the request from say example 6 rooms for $200 each for a total of $1,200. you get there and the client changed their mind and told angie they want 3 instead of 6 rooms done, this means a loss of $600.

did your client tell you there was a change on their request?
unfortunately Eaglemoss is protected from lawsuit. since its their FIRST bankruptcy they cant be sued. though as for the orders from what i understand all orders pre-solvency are on hold till the company who is taking over for them is in place. please wait for them to finish the process.

as my other posts you can keep upto date on the progress via https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-bankrupt/

this is the only information everyone has on the situation. many of us have models and stuff on hold over this.

While i do understand moving is stressful. you called them multiple times to ask if you accidentally left your card there. they were rude because they figured out it was you who was calling them multiple times instead of waiting. yes you had to wait long and that isnt cool, but hanging up and calling back is also not cool. they have many customers at multiple locations.

I have seen sometimes that a recipt book is left on the table with money in them. one time about 12 years ago i saw one had a card still in it. we gave it to the server and made sure the owner of said card got it back.

did you get your card back?

they only take money when your kits are shipping. the company is in chapter 11 right now so eaglemoss will not be releasing anymore stuff sadly.

As my earlier posts mentioned, my partworks has been sending out updates about the situation. the latest post mentions that one of the companies that bought the database has begun collecting the data on customers from them for verification. please review the links below to get back on track with your build. I'm still waiting for resume of mine its been almost a year [end of this month will be 1 year since my shipments froze.].

i have been sending updates here since i found out about them going under. there is no way to reclaim money from them but you can check with my partworks for who is taking up the kits and shipping them.

current updates: https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-update/
so just curious on the battle.net launcher are you logged in and have it set to auto login to the game when launched from there?
um so im confused. your complaint title says they are spamming you via email and continuously fill out your web form to do business with you...but the complaint is a AD promoting them?
your talking about the system maintenance for world of Warcraft? it was said since they put up the warning that it would be till 6pm pst. If your not pacific standard time you need to add or subtract hours to get the time you will be able to play without any issues. though if you are PST then that may have meant there was an issue to extend to maintenance time. this isn't new since this happens to any company.

mine is EST which means i add 3hours so it was safe at 9 pm est to play.
please refer to https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-update/ and the https://mypartworks.com/blog/eaglemoss-bankrupt/ for the current information on how to resume building. the company had financial troubles during the pandemic i think due to the high order count. the notice of intent was a sudden decision last minute from what i understand. not even customer service 6 days before they filed even knew about it. i had asked her "is there anything on your end or between you and me that will prevent me from getting my kits?" she said nothing at all is going to interfere. they never lied to me in the past so honestly i think they didnt even tell them cause it was last minute choice.
while COD MW2 is on the battle.net app it is activision who makes the game. give them time to fix it cause they might have made a error or it compiled bad in the server.
while it sounds like you got hit with a chain disconnection [the link between you and the server was disrupted], that is semi intentional the penalty for "disconnect". many players in the past for various pvp games try and cheat by disconnecting via closing the app or their internet to reconnect and get a new match/group cause they were loosing. the companies that run these games made it a penalty worthy offense to leave in such a way.

i have ran into the pve version where i cant join a group for a few minutes for leaving the group. even if im kicked out or the group disbanded i get penalized for "disserting" the group.

there is far as i know [i'm no coder or work for blizzard] no way to create a program that can tell if it was you intentionally disconnecting or if it was a network issue. though im sure if you explain to blizzard the situation you might get it removed.
while COD MW2 is on the battle.net app it is activision who makes the game. i don't recall blizzard or activision allowing returns on their games when a product key is used on an account. i mean if it is as bad as you say.

i am no expert on activision release day games, Blizzard entertainment on the other hand i know for about the first few weeks any launch of a new expansion is really slow. this is due to all of us going on at the same time causing the servers to flinch badly. this allows the devs to see what needs improvement [from what i am guessing] cause its the first time on the live side. it might just be first day run lag.

though id contact activision and blizzard customer service to see what you can do.

both posts i don't find a problem with but I'm just one of millions of people around the world. if anyone viewing your post finds offense to it they can report that they find offensive your posts. if Facebook gets lets say [idk the actual number before they remove and censor] 10 complaints on a post and against you they will take action against you by censoring or removing posts. it is common on any website to do this for those that get lots of complaints against them. during this process they do review the posts [though they might have a bot in control] and sometimes don't find fault on the person reported against. you can contact Facebook directly or their appeal panel to appeal to the verdict. at least that is what i understand from the info on the review panel they have.
Are you positive there was no sign? if the advertisement said 4 bottles there usually is a line "only good on ..." which may have stated one or the other as not qualifying. as for the staff your right they should have been nicer. though they should have noticed what you were purchasing and alerted you about the sale and mention which is not qualified for it.

this could possibly be both parties in error without more information on the incident.
i had to research your issue so i could give accurate information. blizzard is a 3rd party so its not compleatly prime game content.

if you go to the blizzard site about prime games there is a redeem button.

did you press the redeem buttons there?

also there is a time limit window for each transmog.

did you redeem each one during the redeem window?

or was this a game time redeem offer? if it was it has to be redeemed on the blizzard launcher not prime game [according to the blizzard site on this.] as for refund i'm not sure that is possible since its 2 separate companies. check the receipt of your purchase for if it allows refunds.
ok so i researched the ranking system. each rank has 5 tiers, so bronze is 1to 5. you need to win 7 matches in a row to get the next tier. if you take a break then your ranking will decay. that is what my research into it has turned up. its not linear as overwatch was to make it more competitive.

im getting all my info from searching "overwatch 2 ranking system breakdown"
i searched the name "international delights caramel creamer" and came up with this for you all on their website.

https://www.internationaldelight.com/products/coffee-creamers/flavor-faves/hersheys-chocolate-caramel/

i hope this is what your hunting for. if it is not im sorry that i did not find the right one.

i had to research the "gdpr" regulations to have some type of answer for you.

while you can request it the organization doesn't have to provide it [from what i can see that the regulations say]. also it only affects EU citizens from what the regulations mention.

as for their game guard program [the anti cheat program] it might not right away see an issue. another player may have reported you for possible cheating, it set off a check from the game guard and found a program that is suspect running in the background [even if it is not for their game]. it could have been a player you beat and were getting even with you.

though this is all based off what i know and found in my research.
