what is the plugins you use and what accelerator do you use? it might be possible that the accelerator is known to blizzard [or activision] as being used for bots hence they ban anyone using it, one of the plugins was recently added to a list [i still dont know what plugins are bad] of banned plugins. all i can tell from your post is they found software on your computer that is on their anticheat list. can you enlighten us about the plugins and accelerator?

from what i see on the samcart website it is only a transaction service. so the $24 is their member service and the $215 is what ever service you may have purchased from another company through their platform. are you sure you did not make a transaction to another company and noticed it later?

due to covid [i know it has been years] fast food places have been moving to kiosks. though it is optional if you use kiosk or in person. companies are still, really too slow, adjusting to having kiosk capability. Do not get me wrong that how they treated you being right in what i am saying.
KFC and other fast food places have to train their workers to the new policies surrounding the use of kiosks and that there is a option to order with a person. last time i went to McDonalds i was told [rudely] that i could use the kiosk after looking lost the manager came, said still rudely, we could use the kiosk or order with her. then nicely showed us how to work the kiosk after we said we would try the kiosk.
OP on the add did it say that sales tax was included in the $119.99 price? sometimes in the ad they mention that it does or does not include sales tax.
beyond that it is strange that corporate has not gotten back to you. usually they get back within a week.
i just checked their sit and i found this on their basic plan there is a * and that states the following "* Following these 48 hours and without a cancellation on your part, your basic membership will become a membership without commitment for an unlimited period of time billed at 39.90$ per month."
now they may have added this later but was there an * on your ad OP and Kristie?
