while it is true you have the right, after some time if the new version has security fixes they request it be updated. some versions have new access codes, when this happens any old codes that were not secure will cause this warning on their servers. i once had it happen, not banned but the warning that i had a wrong client and wasn't told to update. they understood and said download a fresh copy from the site. no ban happened thankfully for me.

it depends on the information you give for the recover. i just did mine on Friday and was able to recover my account. i was missing 1 item but they understood i couldn't provide it since it was a gift card. from what i follow you need to have the birth date match and show id [not blurry or cover any part of the id.] if they say it can not be verified from the picture then it maybe that your card is old or not a current authorized ID [like US driver ID has a new and old version still circulating]. if they still dont it might be other reasons.
it depends if your account doesn't have a private lock anyone can see it. someone probably reported the pictures cause they were visible to everyone. as for Second Life the support hasn't been as great as in the past. i once reported about 25 copyright violators and was told the holder had to report them. when i mentioned the holder left SL and asked me to manage their copyrights on sl, provided proof i was told the same thing. GL though with your adventures.
it sounds like you met the "dark" users. in almost every chat platform they exist. it is sad really, some great places are ruined by these people. not everyone in IMVU are this way. im not as active as i used to be, if i have a chance ill see if my groups are still active.
i found the site where a breakdown of the points system works. there are 4 ways they can win.

1. get 300 points

2. steal a round with atleast 1 question correctly

3. oposing team tries and fails the steal by answering incorrectly gives the round to the first [controlling] team.

4. any points in the points bank is given to the winner of the round plus the value of the correctly answered questions.

so if we take the 4th one as the factor. the 80 points added to the banked points [lets say was 205] and they answered enough questions for 15 points that would put the family your questioning the legitimacy of their win at... 300 points.

i found this info on familyfeud[dot]fandom[dot]com/wikiFamily_Feud_(1999-) if you want to see for your self what i found and make your own assessment of the info.

did you have it locked with a access code, gesture, or your face? if you didn't have any of those activated [even i phones don't have those automatically on] then anyone can open the phone without issue. which means they have access to all your apple id info and can change it at their whim.

the associate who sold you the phone should have mentioned these to you before purchasing the phone. if not they possibly believed you were going to secure your phone with one of these and didn't say anything. some people have them ready ahead of time [on paper what they will use and later shred it] so they don't need to make it in front of someone else.

besides that information i don't know anything else that might be somewhat useful for you.
there is a bit to unpack here.

1. the name change, there sometimes are errors when receiving an account name from what i have seen with some companies. you might have used a O but the system for some reason saw a 0 or changed it to 0 because someone else had that name.

2. the harassment, stalking, and posting of personal information while a serious crime that they should work on fixing is harder to do then on paper. yes they can block an ip but the perp can mask their real ip with a program, use another computer, use a VPN, or release their old ip for a new one with a command line which means that the ip ban is useless. so the company would be more or less playing wack a mole with them.

reach out to them again and see what you can work out. if not you might want to try BBB with them to fix this [though i haven't thankfully had issues yet to warrant having BBB bother imvu.]

i think i need to verify what your saying to give you correct ideas of how to proceed.

when you wrote the report to them did you only say you thought it was the foot and noticed physical defect or was it a guess to the issue? how long before it actually broke from when you guessed the foot being the issue? i'm guessing it took about 15 [idk how long before you called wayfair] days after it broke.

from what im able to research this is a subscription you may have entered into without realizing. if you go to your google play app and check your subscriptions you can manage which ones you want to keep or revoke. if i recall you can also dispute from it.

*Sighs* here we go again, the commercial in question is part of a appreciation campaign...its a poem called black sunshine... the series of commercials is geared to raising awareness to the recent events of mistreatment of citizens. its not highlighting them as Different because of their skin color but as a individual. the commercial is pointing out that they are appreciated regardless of their skin color.

last time i posted this information which you can find by doing a search via your preferred search engine. i am only giving information that i find on the topic posted. it is really sad that people will down vote you for giving information, contrary to their view, based on the topic in question to possibly help the OP.

Again PLEASE search it your self if you don't believe me on your preferred search engine and read what this "racist commercial"[s] are about. if you still disagree with me that is ok it is your view on the information.
just saw your complaint. while it is against the TOS there is some leway in the banning based off the case by case incidents.

Some items or actions you might have deemed ODing were possibly innocent non ODing items and the server admin and players in question felt you were harassing and bullying them. this is [you telling them to stop something that might not be there] also in direct violation of the TOS.

Though i am basing this off what is presented here and what is currently accepted in the roblox community wiki pages. though the official stance of [from what i read] is that the ODing reports are checked vs what happened and banning those who indeed are breaking TOS.

just found this post. So if i follow correctly, your complaint is that they wont replace the keyboard for the key caps wearing out or is the keyboard itself not working when you press the key spot?

review your warranty you got with the keyboard and computer order. did you select accidental damage warranty [from what you said you didn't]? some damage is not covered in a standard warranty, which is why they offer accidental damage. normal warranty is called limited warranty which does not cover wear and tear of key caps.

though I'm only basing this off what you said and my experience with alienware support. note: not everyone will have the same interaction with them.
OP this is usually a corporate decision, i have seen this happen with many restaurants. if an item on the menu does not make enough sales they start cutting back on the size or just remove it. other times it is seasonal the item. in this case it sounds like not enough people made an order for the chili so it was removed due to the low sales.

it;s sad this happens, though it does sometimes lead to customers who do enjoy and order a item to write into corporate [not suggesting it just mentioning that it has happened in the past] for its return. I do hope they can assist you in finding a good result in this hungry decision.
any chat platform or website, not just facebook [now and in the past], has a no violence policy. saying you want someone, even in defense of someone, to have violence against them is against the rules. it isn't political, its not censoring, it is a stand against ANY form of violent content. it is unfortunate that you were blocked, the comments hit the no violence rule so they took action that went by the rules.

Before anyone points it out, there are allot of content that is put up any point in time. no one is perfect [not even the bots] in seeing and flagging all violent content. even reported content is checked and sometimes they deem it fine due to unknown factors in their investigation that might be flawed.
im still waiting for them to unlock my account for doing nothing. all i recall is that i removed 2 suspicious followers that followed me 2 seconds after i made the account. then a few months later i get a scammer email claiming i changed something on my account [that sat dormant due to work], went on Instagram app to log in "sorry your account is blocked due to community standards violation". soo removing 2 unknown followers, following 5 friends, and being away for a few months is grounds for community guidelines violation? took them 24 hours to fix my email being used on a unknown account [idk what account it wasn't recoverable] and now its taking weeks...? This is a problem for me currently cause when its fully merged with facebook and oculous i will loose my ability to use VR if it locks me out cause of this crazy double standard.
i do agree the current system needs work. i need to sift through their recommendations just to see the videos i subscribed to. why don't they make it in sections that we can remove like suggested content, subscriptions and such.

if you select the 3 dots on the videos in your feed you can say not interested in topic or the channel. honestly i have missed tons of videos cause of the mashed system right now.
so they denied you a refund, waited till you were out of the country, found a reason [of their own] to reopen your request without your knowledge, then approve a denied request and NOT send you the money?

that sounds shady and suspect. hope this turns out ok for you OP.

depending on your state/county they might be mandatory or not. if they are not mandatory then it is upto the discretion of the corporate/franchise/store location. as for the PA announcement is required higher up the chain of the company. i am on the county bus in my area and it still goes off here, though its not mandatory.

"Covid is still here and mask, vaccines and social distancing haven't stopped it" um true but that is because some have not [by choice or miss information] been vaccinated or don't wear a mask [it is a choice to wear one but public safety should be considered]. this is manly from information that we know about how viruses work. transmission is by accidental spread that has been verified by many sources in the virology field.
hope they ACTUALLY give you a legitimate result. so far their responses here basically have said "you signed up for this on checkout on a site."

which is interesting since most of these complaints state they did NOT sign up or fill out their information with this company. which to me sounds suspicious and wonder where they get it if the person never signed up for the service.

I'm glad, so far, i have not seen this company stealing from me.

I'm not a Acer tech but it sounds like you got a virus that is messing things up. out of curiosity, what anti virus program were you using before the issues started?
Please understand that they base their programing on data they receive from Nelson research who does poles on what people watch. i haven't in a few years done it but they ask what program and when, was it enjoyable, ect. the data that halmark has gotten has been leaning to the minority being "louder" in the research and reflected this in their programing. it isn't pushing people away but trying to include everyone. as for founded on...the country was founded on freedom of speech and choice not religion itself. that is why there is the separation of religion and state so that we don't exclude people from having a voice.

you can go to their website [nelson research] and apply to get your research kit to have your data counted in the research given to the tv stations.
just looked at the regulations for FMCSA and actually it states it is up to the practitioner if you need the test or not. they can refuse to certify you if they believe based off the paperwork on your file with them. It is not from what i'm reading removed as a requirement but is strongly encouraged to point it out to patents that there is a possibility and should get a test done to be sure. she may have been rude to you first (from your post it is not clear who was rude first) though the way you handled it does seem a tad harsh to her.

My information came from the FMCSA gov website which is the official guidelines they go by to make decisions for each CVS on a corporate and managerial level. Trump may have removed it as a requirement but it is up to the FMCSA if they will based off statistics they get on crashes and other factors to keep or remove completely the requirement.
not a new scheme of theirs. i had a small unit back in 2012 at their promotion of $1 [yeah it was that cheap] then it would be like $30 a month after. no mention also about increase per month. by the time i took back my stuff and closed my account, i had water damage to a poster and some other things, i was close to affording a new apartment for 1 or 2 month rent. my unit i think was a 10x10 and on the 3rd floor i think. honestly i personally didn't read it but my dad [at that time he funded it] told me there was no mention of increase rent per month for it. that poster i had appraised back before i had it mounted [on a poster board like board for hanging] at around [estimated for some collectors. the dump is now owning the poster.] a few thousand, if i mounted it the value would be around 10 thousand or more to sell to a collector. its no loss to me the money but the beauty of a 1 of a kind poster that has no duplicates and no way to get a new one...

some stores have it listed on the bottom of the receipt for returns.

below is from what i have read on my receipt or told by associates of stores i frequent.

as for the policy itself it is governed by the rules sent from corporate [if they tell a store not to do returns or to accept them] then the franchise owner and manager takes those corporate rules and can just use those or modify them to reflect how they want. so they could get orders to only accept items of similar value or a similar item from corporate or they can change it to be same item only or same price value only. it's from what i have seen not geared to discrimination factors BUT this doesn't mean the policies of the franchise store that the franchise owner and manager created are not leaning to discrimination.
um complaints board is a complaints site. they cant do anything to companies personally. the companies some times do see complaints here but not all companies do. As for who can help in asking them for disclosure...that's the FTC i believe [not positive].
