I have been using Clairol nice and easy 9a blonde shade for over 12 months no problem it then seemed to disappear from shelves for some weeks but then returned so I purchased to Boxes from Home Bargain in west one Salford Manchester and the box and colour was same as usual but my hair turned dark grey colour I was so annoyed and angry could not believe it has this colour changed? the box showing on line is a brown colour but the box I purchased with 9a is definatly blonde colour which I still have.

It cost me £43.00 and some hours at hairdressers to sort it out

My hair is naturally a light strawberry blonde. I wanted to get a more vibrant colour for winter and bought the ‘Stacey Dooley’ 8wr Golden Auburn.

Luckily I actually did a strand test before thinking about dying my whole head as the colour came out a dark plum, no where near the colour in the box. It’s totally inconceivable to me that the colour could be so wrong. It had no auburn in it at all, it was a very dark mahogany red/purple. If I had used this on my hair I would have been devastated.

I purchased two boxes of this product on Amazon and could not wait for it to arrive. I have natural curly black hair and didn't want to bleach my hair and then add color. I was looking for a product that I could simply apply and get the desired results. I had been wanting to have my hair lighter for some time, saw this product and decided to try it. It said it was made for black/brown colored hair. Most items only work on lighter hair but this one seemed promising. I was just hoping it wouldn't be to drastic of a change. Well, I have to say this item was a let down. Not only was the change not drastic, it did not happen. My black hair is still black. Oh, except for my roots.

This is where I get frustrated. I have penny colored roots. Not even light brown. Penny roots. I can't begin to express how horrible this looks. Now what! Color again immediately and risk damage or embrace my penny roots? I don't understand how something can fail so horribly when instructions are followed. I paid $14.90 for a product that didn't deliver what it stated. In my eyes, that's false advertising. I don't recall seeing a disclaimer saying that there is a chance it may not work on some peoples hair.

Maybe in the next box design you should add that so the buyer can beware.

Hi! I brought Clairol blonde it up NO BLEACH. I have a terrible reaction to bleach so therefor make sure it’s a dye without. I put the dye on and my head was warm but thought nothing of it. After i’ve washed it my head is very sore. My Mum looked on the box and it does have the ingredients for bleach in the dye. My head is now very sore and i’m confused to why it would state no bleach when theres clearly some in there.

I have been using your product for over 10years. However, today I was quite annoyed. I bought 2 boxes of Nice N Essy hair colour as I like to have an extra on hand. I opened one of them this morning to do my hair and it was missing the disposable gloves. Thought it was a one off so I opened the other box and they were missing from that box as well. So now I have to find my receipt and return the 2 boxes and hope they believe me when I say they were both missing the gloves. I know things happen but I’m still disappointed.

Are used to be a regular customer buying the Reddish Blonde, however I am now having to look for another brand because for some idiot reason you have decided to add roses to your product. Do you not care about people with allergies? I’m not the only one, I work in a grocery store where we also sell your product and I have had the conversation with customers About how like me they can no longer use your project because they like me are allergic to roses and other flowers. Why would you do such an asinine thing is to add something that so many are allergic to so that you lose customers? We are all very displeased with you and won’t and can’t buy your product anymore

To continue and produce putting on just About every shelf from grocery stores pharmacy Walmarts etc a product that for years as I’ve been reading producing a product with such chemical specially “PPD” in a inhumane neutralized manner no kind of product or human should use unless they want to have the affects of looking as if suffering from Mange or such chemical no person should use on skin! It’s sickening seeing and reading all these poor people using these product and continued to be ignored. My mother it broke my heart to see… please hold them manufacture accountable clearly aware and still continued to do absolutely nothing but continue to stock shelves in this world today! It is completely inhumane!

I purchased this because I needed my gray hair cover good. A friend told me it worked great for her. It did not cover my gray hair at all. I purchased this product on 7/7/22

My wife purchased the product thinking it would produce the purple shown on the box. It turned her hair midnight black. She is very distraught. She feels like this color makes her look 30 years older. I have submitted before and after photos.

I am usually very happy with your product but I recent bought a box of hair dye and wasnt thrilled when I open the box the applicator was broken and went all over the place which ruined my bathroom mats and the towel as well but then of course there wasnt enough to even use to actually dye my hair.. Im currently on disability and cant afford to buy two more boxes. I have long hair

I have brought this product several times and although it says that it will be permanent , I have been left very disappointed as it only ever lasts 1 wash . I feel very disheartened about this product as I have purchased this at a high retail price and feel that it is not delivering the standards that it advertises . I have also spoken to family members that also use the same product and they too are unfortunately having the same problem .

I have been left feeling very disappointed and my confidence with using nice and easy branded products have been shattered .

I purchased a 5G Nice and Easy colouring set at my pharmacie and the colour is much much darker than what is described on the box.

I have used your products for 40 years and this problem with your colouring chart has happened since you changed the branding and colour numbers.

My hair is brown this product made it almost black. I had to wash it immediately with dish soap still! it’s almost black.

We threw the box out! and recycling is out!,

I tolerated this for too long.

I putl4chased two hair dye from superdrug in houghton serial. Number and product on attachments

Both box had no condition on side this is the first time this has happened. I have used your products for many many year.

Disappointing given they alway so amazing and best hair dye ever used l have long thick hair and always use two so although had to use, hair like straw given doesn't have the smoothness of your special conditioner

I have regularly purchased your hair dye and fortunately I'm confident in using it. Today I mixed the dye then opened up the gloves only to find a large piece of glove shaped plastic rather than 2 gloves. I tried selotaping the plastic to at least protect one hand but unfortunately that did not work, only ended up coming apart and smearing dye onto my face. In the end I had to use my bare hands and put the dye on as quickly as possible to try to avoid dying my hands. Not successful with this, I now have brown fingernails and patches on my face despite washing my hands thoroughly and wiping my face with damp cloth. I could not apply the dye as carefully as I would normally

Upon opening the colour dye tonight the colour activator was completely empty It also did not have the cap on the top.The code on the bottle is [protected].Barcode on the box is [protected].Thevbox when bought was sealed.This product was bought a few weeks ago from Savers ( no receipt)

I purchased two Number 3 Brown/black root touchup and they are both orange! So upset! I thought maybe the first was a fluke, but the second looked the exact same when mixed. Even did a strand test to make certain I wasn’t mistaken. The color is DEFINITELY not brown/black..not even close!

Purchased at Walgreens within last month.

I purchased Clairol Blonde It Up box hair dye and it is missing the "Shimmer Lights Conditioner" inside the box. Give our hased this brand hundreds of times and have always been highly satisfied until this recent purchase. Normally I wouldn't complain but I bought this for my wedding and really needed the shimmer lights conditioner to help tone down my hair or help lighten it.

I added a picture of what it only came with.

I lightened my hair and it took me ages to get the colour and consistency to my liking, I have used clariol nice and easy blond for touch ups on my roots without issue, but last week the store had none so i used the clariol natural instincts dark blond and instead of keeping my hair at a light shade, my hair is brown with a redish tinge now, so all my work and money I paid from 1 application has been reversed and i have to now go pay it all over again to get back to the hair colour i had so just wanted to say thanks for costing me more money and the product not keeping my roots lights but instead turned it back to what it was

I have used Clairol Nice & Easy for many years with great results. I have used dark blonde and medium blonde for spring and summer. For fall and winter I use medium brown. Unfortunately, the last two purchases I made in Round Rock, TX, April 2022, one at H‑E‑B and one at Walgreens proved very disappointing. The first purchase of medium blonde at H‑E‑B did not take at all. I waited a few weeks before I purchased it again at Walgreens. This time the color took somewhat then started fading out in a week! My grays did not even get full coverage like they used to. I am extremely disappointed in this product now. I hope that someone can shed some light on what has happened or rectify it to keep dedicated customers. In the meantime I will search for a new product that I can count on.

You have recently changed you package on the permanent hair colour range . I have for years used your hair the colour light beige blond . Unfortunately this colour has defiantly changed . My sister has used the same clolour also . Can you please tell me why the colour has changed and the reason why.
