The issue begun when they 've decided to terminated my son's account without providing a decent explanation and by ignoring the emails I've sent through my (parent's) gmail account. They failed to promptly providing the reasons caused the termination of a VIP account even we 've spend money and energy on the game.

I've asked them how can we can cancel the VIP membership due to the termination (could'nt do it via the site) and they never responded (automated responses only), so I had to cancel it through paypal and claim the current month's money back. Then, they terminated my other son's account. Really? The game is for kids. They are sensitive and investing big time and energy and for what? Roblox staff's lack of empathy is gross.

I used my Microsoft reward to get my granddaughter 200 Robux gift card. We tried to add it with the PIN and kept getting an error code. After a few days we tried again, and it said that it had already been redeemed. It never showed on my granddaughter's account. I exchanged numerous emails with Roblox, and they refused to give us a new pin and kept saying it showed up that she got the points when she did not. They are nothing but scammers and they are fast to take your money but WILL NOT HONOR anything if it doesn't work on your account. Getting rich from stealing from parents and kids pathetic.

So I got to a certain age where I'm supposed to have voice chat but it said I need verification so I did it and it asked for my email and ID card to make sure I'm older the age I am older. So I am 13 years old and just to get voice chat I Need a ID card? The real question is how am I suppose to get an ID card at the age of 13? Since I have a tablet I have no phone to help so please help and one more thimg. What am I going to do if you don't help me though so please help me with this situation.

Today (wednesday june 22) I was playing roblox jailbreak trying to rob the casino the elevator kept on glitching on me and got stuck and I died. Got into my car to cruise around the city kept hitting invisible bumps and flew back 50ft roads are impossible to drive on. Every time I play as criminal or police everyone uses speed hacks and flying car hacks etc... Game impossible to play because of the hacks plz put anti hack systems.

I bought a digital gift card sent to the email [protected]@gmail.com. I waiting for it to come in but then there was and error and I was told that my money has been refunded. I tried again but my card told me that I had no money left. It was $20 gift card and my money still hasn't been given back. Please help.

the changing of the blocks I don't like at all it almost all the time when I scale a block or paste it it is almost always a inch taller or shorter and it makes me have to do it all over again why can't you just let us use our mouse for it and fix the pasting thanks

i was playing with my friend and the game got banned the game was brick bronze and me maurixio1283 and FlareGaming7 rolled a lot of times in the game and we want are robux back and i lost 400 robux and he lost 500+

My son's account was banned for three days for what they said was bad language. What they provided was not bad in any way shape or form and had spelling above my son's current capabilities. To make matters worse, their "support" is just pre-canned responses and the appeals process is a joke, they just decline the appeal. Well that isn't how it works, folks. Having an appeals process with zero chance of a successful appeal is no appeals process. Just makes you a tyrant. That and this has a whole free speech thing. Corporations stepping on civil rights thing. Worst time to open that can of worms.

My granddaughter can not log into her account and Roblox won’t allow me to change the email account assigned to her account that I deleted! They won’t allow her to transfer all her stuff to a new account! They don’t answer their phone or return phone calls!

In Roblox every game I join is filled with toxic people or people who try to get passed the chat filter Roblox u must fix this or Roblox will become a site felled with bad people.

so yeah i wanted to add funds to my roblox group, so i made a shirt and added it to my group. i then bought the item and no funds got added to my group, did i do something wrong? i just did it, do i have to wait? is it wrong to add funds to my own group? i feel i just wasted 1000 robux.

We have all the security measures in place, e.g. 2-step verification, no extension, virus scan, close adult supervision. etc.

We definitely DID NOT perform the trade as attached. We never clicked a ation box. We also did not key in any Roblox 2-step verification code for the trade.

But somehow it just appears as legitimate in Roblox system!

We feel outrageous. The scam really ruined our experience with Roblox and my kid’s mental health.

I’ve got a question, I got “Curupt Clucky” and I play on console, the way to get curupt clucky back is by typing “/e restore” but console players don’t got a chat option, so console playing can’t get curupt clucky back, I hope you just look into this, bye……………………………………………………………………………………….

A lot of Roblox players are rude and a lot of Roblox players also do inappropriate things and OD. I cant play five seconds of Roblox without finding a bully.

For example one time I joined a Roblox game and as soon as I joined I saw someone call a player a ugly 6 year old. Another time on Roblox someone called me a curse word.

One time someone told me to play truth or dare with them and I did then they told me to do inappropriate things. Roblox players also make T shirts to make it look like they have chest which is annoying and inappropriate.

People also OD which is annoying and also inappropriate. One time I was telling the ODers to stop because ODing is was breaking Roblox's terms of service and then I got banned, the ODers need to get banned not me.

Roblox players also bypass chat by putting symbols and then they can curse. It is annoying.

I forgot her user and my only evidence is my friend that was in the room but basically, I was on adopt me with my friends and some girl came into my house and started to pay me but then she had said said that I had scammed her know I'm banned for all games, and she also kept reporting me

around 6 pm 3/24/22 i was playing a game and it said that my account was logged in on another device and it says that from time to time so i wasnt worried so when i tried to get back into the game it kicked me out of my account and it keeps saying that my username or password is wrong when i know its not

i woke up and my account was banned i cant even buy robux on new account bc of it not i want my old accoumt back before i sue you and roblox and my user name is Xxm3g4nxXx now unbanned it or else

what happend to roblox, it has a 503 Error and im reloading and nothigs happing

Hi My son was banned from the application. I am trying to get more information as to why he has been banned and have not been able to get anything substantial from them. I have logged many tickets with no assistance.

I only want to understand why his account was deleted so I can take the necessary precautions and also educate him.

I find it so disappointing that I cannot get assistance. My son is an avid fan of the application and he is willing to abide by all rules. He has been playing the game for 3 yrs. I only became aware of the parental settings recently.

I am willing to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that he abides by his rules.

However nobody seems to want to help and and I get no response from my emails to their support.
