The last 10 cans of Febreze air freshener spray that I have purchased have all had defective spray handles. Some of them work in the beginning and then they completely stop spraying and it seems to be because the handle is not catching. I’ve use this product for as long as you guys have had it on the market and just recently started having issues so it seems to be a manufacturing issue. I sure hope this gets resolved because I do love your product but will not continue to throw all my money away.

I bought a large package of AAA and AA batteries at Sam’s or Costco. The unused batteries in the container are leaking before date on battery so I checked the devices I have Duracell batteries in and found those were leaking. I then checked a toy with three C batteries in it. The batteries were leaking and the date on the battery is 2028.

Like many people have written on the internet, I was once loyal to Duracell but am now a former Duracell customer.

Can you please tell me why your Head and Shoulders micellar cleanser is not available in shops now?

this is so annoying when you find a product that works and the company starts to bring out other products and stop other products.

This its the only thing I found that help me.

Love the product BUT bought 3 recently and the sprayers don't work.

They spit a little but no stream.

Please advise.

The paper towels have a strong smell of smoke. Why is this? Where can I go to replace them for paper towels that don't emit this odor? This is the problem with every roll that I have removed from the plastic wrapping

I bought a 24 pack of these pods and apparently something caused a couple of them to either split or possibly have a tiny hole in them. This caused most of the 24 to stick together, and make it impossible to use.

They are the CVS brand and were purchased around 6/18/2022. I did not save the sales receipt as I did not think about having to return them. The store would not help me. Said it was not their problem.

The letters & numbers at the top of the package are CJ0170DU40 [protected].

The bar code is [protected] 8.

I hope you can replace them.

THE CREST 3D WHITE RADIANT MINT TOOTHPASTE TUBES ARE FULL OF HOT AIR! Lately the tubes are 1/4 - 1/3 full of air and I have to work the air out, leaving nearly 1/2 of the tube empty before starting to use it.

I purchased the Flash speed mop from Amazon along with a box of wipes unfortunately a month into using one of the connection clips in the pole cracked leaving me with a very short mop

I wondered how I go about a replacement? Happy with the mop itself just disappointed with the quality of the product. £20.00 is a lot to spend on something that is now unusable

At 4 PM on June 18, 2022, I put the Febreze unstoppable vent clip into the air vent in my truck vent. By 8:30 PM, I noticed that the oil, and whatever else is in it, leaked out of the vent clip and down by dash board. The drip trail permanently damaged the wood grain finish on my dash board. The dash is bubbled, crackled and flaking, wherever the contents of the febreze vent clip touched the wood grain finish. It also made the dye run from around the black knobs. This is obviously an ongoing defect.

I recently switched back to using Secret, purchased a dry spray, and it is sticky, and when I spray it then stop, some of the product oozes out of the spray nozzle.

This a suggestion more than a complaint.

Why do you use a blue cap on Tide? It's difficult to see the numbers to observe the proper levels. I would suggest a white semi clear cap, easy to see the levels and white conveys the idea white is clean.

I bought 2 129oz Ultra Downy Free & Gentle Liquid Fabric Conditioner fromTarget. It is so thick it does not come out of the container, and is unusable.

I have been using Febreze for a long time, the can of Febreze Air Vanilla Blossom I purchased recently has stopped working, but the can is half full, the nozzle is not blocked and I have never tilted the can when in use. With the rising costs of products this is not something I am very happy about.

We have been using this product for many years. I purchase in multi packs that are stored in a temperature neutral closet. I opened a package today and removed the foil overlay and found that the entire contents of the product had turned into a liquid. It was no longer a gel and the contents emptied out.

When I checked the remaining pieces in the package, on was solid and another was also completely liquid. Can you please advise how this can happen?

I have just opened a new bag of Fairy Platinum All in One Dishwasher Capsules and found that all capsules are split open and the powder is loose in the bag. This is the first time I have ever had such a thing and wonder if this is to do with the production of this particular bag and if this is a problem known to yourselves via previous complaints. I purchased two bags, each containing 72 capsules, and have only just had to open the second bag as 72 lasts quite a long time. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt but these were purchased in Makro Store in Enfield. The other bag was fine. I have attached photos to show what I mean.

I purchased a three pack of Febreze Spray back in December of 2021 and have been using these with out an issue until we started to use the Ocean Spray and it stopped spaying with almost a full bottle left. I did e-mail your site in February of 2022 and did not hear any response. So, I will e-mail you only this time or I will stop purchasing your products. I purchase my pkg. of batteries only at Costco, which always has a good expiry date.

I purchased my Muddy trail camera one & a half years ago (receipt I have) as I am an avid outdoor hiker. I leave it up for about 2 days only, hoping stolen it does not get year round I use it to capture wildlife along my trails.

I keep my camera in good working condition along with other outdoor equipment I own & use often, being sure the batteries are up to par.

I put it away for the March Break as away I was. When I returned again not quite 2 wks. later it would not turn on. Checking the batteries to my horror I found they had leaked in my battery compartment. (pics I have)

I tried to wipe away the mess, still not working I gave it to my friends I hike with, he is an electrician to look at it.

No such luck, it was so corroded in the battery area and the wires.

My camera is not even 2 years old, I would appreciate if my camera would be replaced due to the damage the batteries caused. I am a senior, do love the outdoors, I hike daily enjoying the beauty & the otherwise harder to capture animals by the eye, using the camera. I paid $ 70.00 for this camera on sale.

Are these 'Anti-Leak' bottles tested against heat/direct sunlight? The bottle I purchased was kept on the wooden windowsill & has leaked twice and taken off the paint on the sill. If this product is not shall we say 'heat' resistant then perhaps the bottle should state this and that it should be stored away from direct sunlight/heat?

Hello, I am frustrated that your company no longer packages comet in the plastic containers. That is a major reason why I purchased it over other brands. I am willing to pay more for this convenience. I do not like the cardboard containers because they can get wet and damage the container and well as getting the powder inside wet, often making it unusable.

I know many other people with the same opinion. PLEASE, PLEASE bring the container back! I would be eternally grateful.

Please let me know if your company would consider this request.
