I currently booked a flight, hotel and car through Priceline and it was a complete nightmare that place my life in danger multiple times. When we landed and proceeded to secure our reserved vehicle, we were informed that they were sold out and that they could not facilitate our reservation. In addition to them being over booked, which they explained was caused by Priceline and our vendors, all of the other rental companies were completely sold out. So, we went to the next option. We attempted to obtain an Uber but could not as they were inundated. Now we were stuck for two and a half hours! Two females in the middle of nowhere, thousand of miles from home, and did not know a single person. After realizing that we were stuck we had to ask a complete strange! Crazy and unsafe, but we had no other options. Everything was far and National Car Rental or Priceline tried to help us. We also tried to do Toro and the individual was over and hour away and we had no means to get there. So, we had no choice but to ask a stranger and she agreed to take us. We paid more for this ride then the rental car as everything is far. We had many stops to make, and one was to our hotel. Before exiting the vehicle, we witnessed someone being robbed, so we now have to find another hotel. We now have to spend an additional $350.00 for a room. We also had to pay the lady to take us to the new location and for a couple of other stops. This lady was a God sent! Our original purpose for the travel was a concert and we needed to find a ride as we spent a lot of money for tickets to see Beyonce'. We meet other concert goings that rented a sprinter and it cost us $100.00 per person each way as they spent over $1000.00 for the transportation service. We got up extra early to attempt to get and Uber and we were successful. Please keep in mind that the one trip to the airport was roughly 70% of the cost of the vehicle. We have been trying to get our funds reimbursed and to be compensated for the additional monies we had to spent. All of this cost us an additional $850.00. I have never experienced anything such as we did. This was completely unsafe, unacceptable, unprofessional and needs to be addressed as the extra monies spent has caused me a hardship. PRICELINE, STAND UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING!

Desired outcome: TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE CAR, ORIGINAL HOTEL, THE ADDITIONAL MONIES THE OTHER HOTEL, AND THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS SPENT TO GET TO AND FROM
