I wish to escalate a complaint against Pos Malaysia Berhad for failure to resolve a delivery issue despite several attempts to obtain feedback.

Nature of Complaint: Parcel not delivered / no update

I have already submitted my complaint through Pos Malaysia’s live chat, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution so far.

The prolonged delay and lack of communication have caused inconvenience and loss on my part. I hereby request that MCMC reviews this matter and takes the necessary action in accordance with consumer service standards.
