drive through last week 2/8 2021 in wilmington de 27 th corner I ordered spicy chicken 2 nd time in 4 weeks give me regular for the 10 box tried to call them, recorder is full no messages. I want some action

because this had happened before I checked again at payment to make sure the order is spicy, box was not marked had to wait in line drive thru 7 cars ahead. no by that time I was hungry, cannot eat in car.

yes I had my receipt available when I called this group.

it is not the first time your 10 box I have gotten 4 times in 4 weeks great deal great value when it is spicy. your receipt does not print the phone number I had to look that up

Desired outcome: send coupons to print on internet, tell the store they need to get it together
